I used to like this bank after many years of service, now they will no longer cash saving bonds ! I guess its too much work for their employees.

I have ALWAYS received excellent customer service at the Court Street branch for nearly 25+ years. I am not sure what could have happened for those people who have given one star rating. I am giving six stars out of five :)
