“Great community bank. Whenever you enter, you see the same person. Workers and managers are not changing every 2 months. I love that about it. I've been here now for 8 years.”
“They have been magnificent in the past. It was possible for me to be overseas, for example, and call them through Skype, and have them pay down a Visa bill from a recent payroll deposit. But they don't do that any more, and the e-banking is nowhere near as effective, and probably not as secure. If I miss a Visa bill, they sock me with a huge fee- and I can't just pay it off over the phone. So I have to drive there for any significant business. I don't go to banks at all, their service went South years ago- I guess they are picking up this habit, in the executive suite. Staff are generally cordial and efficient, though, unlike in banks.”
