  Web site said that for non customers they charge a $8 fee, went to the bank and they charge $10

  The worst bank branch Chase has. Refused to Notarize my document because I wasn't a customer after making me wait while they approved the Document. Notary Publics serve the public in my 40 years in Mortgage Business have never had a notary demand patronage . The women then just smirked at me as I left.

  Double charged the ATM fee. Stay away unless their customer.
