“FROM DONNA PARKER (on John Parker's email)WCU (Groton office) went through a period where we were unhappy with the service, especially with no one answering the phone!!! FYI/One time, I called the Littleton office asking why wasn't anyone answering calls in the Groton office? (Please note, at that time, I mentioned this fact to someone at the Groton office, when someone finally answered.) Maybe, this was due to the post-COVID chaos that companies were experiencing?Recently, on our last few visits there, it appears that they seem to be 'righting the ship!' And, it is great to see the lobby has been restored to a more modern bank-like atmosphere, now being more inviting and far less claustrophobic.Also, at this time, we want to give a SHOUT OUT to Bethany Schlaich! “I have been with Jeanne D'Arc for years, since I was able to open an account with a bank I could trusted. They are very dedicated and supportive in all of the branches that I've been to, in MA. I smile and show them respect. Understandable, not everyone has that positive spirit with issues or concerns already in mind when they get there. If we all could see things from others views, maybe there wouldn't be much angery comments I've seen on this site. I just wanted to show these branches some love.
