“I could not have asked for a better sales associate yesterday. I went in looking for a recliner that would accomodate a couple of medical issues that sometimes affect my sleep. Kelly Hurtado immediately acknowledged my height (5'2") and led me to section with smaller recliners. I tried 3, but the very first one she pointed out was the best fit for my needs and is on order. Kaitlyn and Erica are so kind, patient with our many questions and thorough! They not only guide us on what we need to do with our pool but also educate us along the way. Each summer our pool seems to go from winter-closed to “summer ready” quicker as we’ve fine-tuned our routine. Josh and his team are quick and efficient when they open and close our pool each season. “I was blown away the first time I stepped into this shop. There was soo much stuff to look at. Ive been coming here for over 10 years now and feel like I still haven't seen it all. She has the most unique pieces of crystals, jewelry, fossils, antiques, oddities and many other collectibles. My parents knew the original owner who was the upholsterer who they purchased a piece he made and it's still in there home looking as good as the day they bought it, they allways say. The daughter who is the owner now is just as wonderful. She is so kind and knowledgeable about all her pieces. She will even sort specimins/ jewerly for you if your looking for something special she doesnt have in shop. She has gotten me personally a few museum quality pieces. I cannot reccomend this store enough.”

“This shop is a hidden gem. It’s endless diverse collection of gifts will have you browsing for hours. You’ll have to walk through several times to see everything. I find myself visiting the same aisle many times and finding different treasures each time I do. Downstairs, there are gifts and treasures for everyone. Upstairs is not only a continuation of downstairs treasures but also high end furniture, and that is rare find these days. I highly recommend stopping by, you’ll love Martha (the owner), I’ve known her for many years and she is just as lovely as her store. Have a leisurely browse and enjoy, you won’t be disappointed!”
“Our in store experience rates high. Steven was very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to us and help to guide us on the path to our new bed. We came into the store because the website was confusing about what was on sale and what type of mattress would suit us best. In the store, Steven walked us through what a sleep number bed is and how the different styles affect the body differently. Steven shared his experiences that related to us without oversharing. He gave us the facts, as we asked questions. We tried several beds in the store and settled on the one we had looked at online. We look forward to receiving our new bed and experiencing restful sleep. We highly recommend working with an in store associate. Steven, in the Nashua store is wonderful to work with.”

“I am a very happy multi purchase client for Italmoda. The staff are just incredible to work with and go the extra mile or more to satisfy customers. My sectional couch has withstood the test of time and three cats, still looking great. I recently purchased a new recliner, Fjords, to go with a previously purchased recliner also from Italmoda/ Bassett. The pair of chairs completes my now fabulous sitting area. “We were in search for a new sofa/ sectional. Upon driving in we were the only car in the lot. Honestly expecting to not buy anything but boy were we wrong. We walked in and were greeted by associate, Negina. She politely explained the signage and understood we were just looking. She did not harass us like they do in other stores. She gave us our space and we found what we were looking for. Negina made the process very comfortable and smooth. Her knowledge of the different options for the sectional we chose made a difference and solidified our choice. Never let an empty lot fool you. So happy we decided to go in to the Ashley’s store. Definitely ask for Negina!!”

“I love my local Target store. It’s convenient and clean and the employees are polite and helpful. I shop for seasonal items and am usually pleasantly surprised by the variety of options. My store is kept fairly neat, clean, and well stocked. I also really like that Target does not keep changing the location of their departments and products. This means that I can run in and locate something quickly if I’m in a hurry and that is key!”
