“I made a HUGE mistake. I switched my Verizon service to Xfinity to save a couple dollars and it was the worst service I ever had. I tried to reinstate my service with Verizon and it was not as easy as I thought to do on my own. Now I am here sitting in the Verizon store for going on 3 hours and I am not mad or frustrated at all. These managers have been on the phone for this entire time trying to help me resolve something I would have not been able to resolve myself. I am listening to them repeating the same processes over and over, and multiple people helping at times. If I was any one of them my head would have exploded by now, however the store manager and his team are patient and knowledgable and when he is almost back at square one he keeps on going to help me. I am not even sure if I am able to reinstate my service yet, but this review still stands. They are doing EVERYTHING they possible can to serve me as a customer that this store is going to gain probably nothing from because I am not buying anything and they are still giving me this time. I just want to say thank you to the Nashua Verizon store and share my experience because I literally cannot believe how far they are going to help me even letting my dog come in. I will always give my business to this store and I believe they deserve your business as well.”
