“Denise was extremely helpful even though I didn't have anything ready! She walked me through every step to complete the return, very helpful and very kind!Convenient location and easy to do before shopping”
“Always great service, accommodating, extremely helpful. Strange to be rating an ups store, but this is our favorite store. I have never felt rushed, the people working at the store r just genuinely helpful. 10/10 on packaging, returning, shipping, and great service.”
“I had a wonderful experience at the Westford Post Office. Patrick was incredibly patient and took the time to carefully explain everything to me. Because of my misunderstanding, I accidentally confirmed something before fully understanding it. Instead of rushing me, Patrick patiently walked me through all the important details and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciate his kindness, professionalism, and patience. Thank you, Patrick, for providing such outstanding customer service!”

“Love this neighborhood post office!! The post office clerk is always so nice and friendly- he's been there forever. The only problem I ever have is I tend to go when he's at lunch and it's closed. Really great post office though.”
