My daughter purchased an iPhone 16 today that was used and defective. The store insisted that it was brand new. They replaced it, after she got home and discovered the defects and returned the item. (I’m the account holder.)
I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this store. That’s some pretty serious fraud taking place.

We went to the store today to reduce our bill, and Moe took care of us and helped us out with our account analysis. Definitely recommend him to anyone that needs help with their Verizon wireless account!

This place is at the corner within a large shopping center but still almost seems hidden. I went in one evening a couple weeks ago right before closing and Moe helped me immensely with a major iPhone issue. He was very knowledgeable and took care of things for me within 15 min. I didn't make any major purchase but this outlet certainly seems worth recommending based on my experience. I am still much in appreciation for the help Moe offered.

Nick was amazing. The store was busy with 4 customers including me. He acknowledged everyone that came through the door with a pleasant greeting. He was able to work with 2 people simultaneously waiting for contacts to load on a customer’s new phone. He is ALWAYS helpful and a great addition to this office. Thank you Nick for a great job!
