Please avoid the westford branch if you can. They are too proud to provide customer service with extremely rude representatives.

I love Walgreens, but not this Walgreens. They refill things when they're asked not to, they never answer their phones, and the staff is incredibly rude. For a business that depends on customers, no one in the store has any customer service skills.

Their policy seems to be: you wait in line and finally get to the front of the line only to find out there is a delay and they ask you to go to seats and wait while problem is resolved. When it is, they then ask for you to go back to the back of the line and wait AGAIN. I've never seen such bad customer service.

Oh boy I went in today after oral surgery and they filled my prescription quickly. A pharmacy filling a prescription does not warrant 5 stars. However, they were kind, professional and sympathetic to my situation and that is 5 stars. Goodbye CVS

This is not a great pharmacy. They are grossly understaffed and every time I go to pick up my monthly medications, it's a different price. Once, it was a couple hundred dollars and they said insurance wouldn't cover after the doctor re-approved the Rx. It was always covered before with a lower co-pay. I went back to Walgreens after talking to my insurance company who said they never received the request for the medication. I asked the assistant and they said they tried to re-run it and it was the same high price. A month later, it was back to the co-pay level. With another medication, it changes in the costs each month and again, I called my insurance company and they said they never received the claim. I spoke with someone on the phone at the pharmacy and they said to come back to re-run it with the unopened medication. They won't say why every time of my three medications I get a different price, but I am guessing they don't consistently run it through insurance and may sometimes use GoodRx, or use nothing at all. We also switched insurance nearly a year ago, and I had to give it to them 4x before they finally got it right and had it "on file". Not to mention when I go, expect at least 15-20 minutes of wait time, even if there isn't anyone else inline. The staff that they have is always changing and clearly getting trained and they are already understaffed. I don't trust them and have to be more proactive than I should have to be about my medications and costs, but they are the most convenient with the best hours in the area I live, so don't have much choice with my work schedule.

From my experience from the front end of the store to the pharmacy the staff work really hard. Yes, they are under staffed but put everything on the line for their customers.
My biggest concern is how the customers treat the employees when there's a misunderstanding, need to wait a bit longer or simply unable to help. Customer service is taken very serious here but like most customers they can get very disrespectful and take it personally when they don't like the answer they were given. The pharmacy is were I see the worst side of the customers. The pressure of getting medicine is one thing but screaming at the staff is crossing the line.
As a customer and human being, please have more respect for someone who is trying to simply do their job and stop taking it personally.

Wow. Really, short of a long drawn out paragraph about my negative experience, I’ll just stick with wow. Other than to just add- they gave my sons medication to another child by mistake. A major med. Scary to think they handle and fill serious prescription medications.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. Absolutely incompetent and clueless pharmacy workers.
Major waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to anywhere else. Plenty of friends and family have similar experiences to this.
The retail store itself is okay, but the pharmacy is really not good.
