The pharmacy manager here is a joke. Instead of coming up and talking to, or explaining to an upset customer what is going on, she just lets her poor techs handle the situation. Booo miss. Boo. Do better.

This pharmacy is an absolute disaster. My prescription was in progress for days. I called and asked, and they told me it was ready. So I go down, and not only is it not ready, but now they’re telling me it was never submitted. Called and filed a complaint, again.
I expect they’ll do nothing about it, again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is a joke - forget people friendly or trying to help. You can't get through to anyone in pharmacy, during normal business hours.
