“Watch City Pharmacy offers quite literally a night and day improvement over the chains and even other independents. They are always on time with refills (I recently called one in and… it was already being filled!), they have successfully lined up all my refills for a once monthly drop (one visit vs 5-10 at other pharmacies), and the customer service is superb. I’ve never received a “your refill is ready” only to find it is not (I’m looking at you CVS). Fast, friendly, on time. There’s no comparison to the other providers. Keep up the great work!”

“I had an appointment across the street so I stopped in this morning for a couple of things. 9am, nice and quiet on a Monday morning but all of the fresh items were already out and looking enticing for the day (I'm talking to you, two huge sections of donuts and muffins).I was only in this location once before, that was a Saturday so it was pretty crazy inside but that is to be expected. My usual location is Chestnut Hill (and Natick before it closed), but if in the area I would definitely stop in again.... and linger a little while longer in the bakery!”

“I chose the West Concord Pharmacy to pick up my medications because of its location, between Emerson hospital and my home. My meds were ready when i walked into the store, straight ahead was the counter and at least two people behind it ringing up customers, I quickly paid and left. Over time i learned to renew my meds over the phone easily, and soon the clerks recognized me as I walked in, and had my prescription at the counter by the time i got there. You can count on efficient and friendly service at WCP, in a timely fashion. Prices on otc goods are modest as well, a surprise for the area!”

“I wanted to just take a moment to personally thank the pharmacist Alicia who really went above and beyond to help me obtain a very important medicine for my teenage son in a moment's notice. She really went the extra distance and even made a telephone call to one of our secondary insurance providers to expedite matters so there wouldn't be a delay. I had been using ACCRX for 15+ years to provide a special medication that needed to be compounded but we recently switched to a local large chain pharmacy because my son no longer needed the liquid form and could finally swallow capsules. Due to recent developments with said large chain pharmacy, we had to revert back to ACCRX and they really saved the day. I am so relieved and thankful. Thanks again Alicia and ACCRX.”

“Hannaford Pharmacy is the best I've found in the area around Lexington and Waltham. Staff are always professional, always helpful. They answer the phone right away. They always check to find the better price between my Medicare copay vs. GoodRx and if they have not done this in advance they willingly check for and give me the better price at pick- up. When I use GoodRx, Hannaford is almost always the lowest price when compared to ten or so other area pharmacys, almost always lower than CVS or Walgreens.”

“I had several Students sick with Influenza and and the Walgreens on Weston St in Waltham ran out of Tamiflu, so the Pharmacist routed me over to Walgreens on Post Rd in Weston where they had Tamiflu in stock, the Pharmacist there was really friendly and efficient and took my prescription over the phone. I know that Pharmacists work really hard and it counts to find nice ones when a Patient is in need of a time sensitive medication like Tamiflu. We appreciate you!”
