“My husband and I recently adopted a very anxious little dog. I let them know before we took her in. We were a bit anxious about how she would do, but the whole staff was wonderful! Dr. Wu was able to get her all caught up on vaccines and get bloodwork done. She allowed her to stay with my husband, (her chosen person,) so that she felt safe. Something a lot of vets have gotten away from is allowing the pets to stay with their people, I absolutely love that they understand it is better for all involved to let them feel safe.”

They aren’t just about making a bunch of money or a profit taking advantage of their customer base. They were very understanding and extremely accommodating. The staff was professional and personable. The doctor was experienced and very knowledgeable. They even followed up after with a written summary of our appt and prepared thoroughly reviewing our dogs history before we met. Dr. Avery is incredibly kind and attentive to Totoro and to us. He is accommodating, quick to respond, and quick to act. Dr. Avery clearly has extensive experience, and we always leave our conversations with him feeling much more informed about Totoro’s situation. He explains in detail what’s going on and answers all our questions. He also takes our concerns and observations seriously. Dr. Avery is truly compassionate with Totoro and us. The West Concord Animal Clinic team is so kind and welcoming to Totoro and us. They have been compassionate and accommodating, particularly Ethen and Shaunna. “We've been going to the Cat's Hospital for the last 3 years with our lovely cat. Very soon we'll be moving to another area of Mass and we seriously considered commuting 45+ minutes just to stay with them (we won't because our cat would be burdened by the long commute). Dr Cosimini and the rest of the staff are unbelievabley nice, friendly and warm, professional and caring. Our cat feels like home there and we're positive that if she knew we're moving she would be against it :)

One of my dogs just had an emergency and they were amazing. We called 15 minutes before close and they still told us to come in. They got to my dog right away and immediately went into action sedating her and taking care of her with such skill and compassion. The entire team that supports Dr P was exceptional from check in to check out. Charlotte was so well taken care of as was I and my daughter. I am so grateful for having such an amazing local resource without having to drive to Woburn to the emergency referral hospital.
