“Had an ongoing issue with my exhaust on my 2011 Honda Pilot. Was referred to Lou’s by a local mechanic I trust . I was able to get an initial estimate , and a final price estimate once they got it up on the lifts. They called to make sure the price was OK and went ahead and did the work and completed the job in a few hours. They offered a two year warranty of their work and also gave me a military discount. The exhaust sounds great and I plan to use Lou’s again in the future. Thanks to the professional staff for a great job well done.”

“Keith found the cause of the GasCap error on my 2016 Wrangler. My wiring harness was rubbing on the suspension in the passenger side wheel well. One of the severed wires was the ESIM connection. Keith fixed the harness and moved the harness to prevent it from happening again. Thanks Keith!”

“If I could give him 6 stars I would. I hardly ever write a review online, but when I get the kind of service I did I can't let it go unsaid. Barry was excellent, courteous, professional, personable, and got the job done! I am a do it yourself guy and I learn as I go. I hit a road block changing the oil on my 4Runner with the plastic casing on too tight for me to handle with the tools I owned. I already had the oil drained, car dismantled, and up on jacks. Rather than put it all back together, put the old oil in, and take it to get the oil changed, Barry came to me, took the casing off, and then helped me finish the job! He came very promptly after I called him too...truly above and beyond! Thanks Barry. We will be in touch soon I am sure for future work.”

“Rob, Allison and their team saved the day yesterday by letting me use 2 unexpected cancellations when my check engine light started flashing. I was in Westport on Easter vacation from NJ and was told not to drive my ML 350 4 Matic. Rod squeezed me in for a ignition coil, spark plugs and thermostat and got me back on through road the Same Day! Kudos to Rob and Allison for bailing me out while 5 hours from home!”
