“I sold my house in Maine in December, planning to move into a new smaller place being built in RI. Well, as one might expect the new house is not finished and I had packed all my summer clothes into storage with all our furniture. And now it is May, I am living in a friends annex apartment in Westport and it's in the 60's-70's and I need to go to a party and find some cooler clothes! With luck, I wandered into Deni's and found a whole mini wardrobe! I'm a size 18, so that is tough to do these days! They had beautiful Flax and Habitat clothing, some of which was 1/2 price. There were pants and tunics and a shawl I could use AND I found a 2-piece dress that fit to wear to the party! It's a great store. I will go back for sure. The women helping me were so helpful and hopeful for me.”
“What a fantastic experience shopping for a prom dress! Margaret greeted us as we came and made us feel so comfortable. Upstairs in the fitting room area the stylists couldn’t have been better. “We were overwhelmed as nothing fit my husband! Went here and they made it so easy & painless. The father knows immediately what size will fit you & nails it! They are on top of everything too, the daughter will take you around and suggest anything you might have forgotten! “This winter has been brutal, and it's not done with us yet. I've gone to two Home Depots looking for insulated gloves. I've looked for them at Walmart, too. No luck, all sold out.
I called Rocky's Ace Hardware in Fall River, hoping they'd have some. No. But...one of their employees told me that Carter's Clothing, off Plymouth Ave, next to McDonald's, was where he'd purchased his.
I drove over to have a look...I was dumbfounded! They had an incredible selection of both men's and women's insulated gloves...of all types--for shoveling, skiing, general wear...I felt like I'd landed in heaven.
I bought not one, but two different types of insulated gloves--far surpassing the quality of a pair I recently gave to someone else who needed them more than I did.
There's so much more great gear to be found at Carter's. I don't understand why they're not doing a better job of advertising--their parking lot was empty, yet their shelves were overflowing...with boots, gloves, scarves, socks--pants, shirts...you get the picture.
Best of all, their prices were reasonable. Whereas Amazon had a several-day wait for delivery, and Walmart noted 3+ days to get theirs...I walked right in, found two great pairs, and was out in less than fifteen minutes...and the staff were incredibly helpful, too.
I have no affiliation with Carter's, but I'm so impressed with them that I plan to return and get my clothing and other needs there. I do hope they do better advertising, as they certainly deserve more business.”

“I have had shirts and hoodies made here several times and have always loved the final product. The staff is very friendly; Anne is especially helpful with the design process, she will sketch something up right there and then and send you a few proofs within a day for your approval. The shirts were done quickly and once I arrived to pick them up, they were packed up and even delivered to my car by Andrew (one of the owners). Great service and quality products! Will be going back for more.”
“The store and dressing room were kept neat. Staff on the floor was very helpful in finding what I was describing. Dressing room staff was friendly. Although there was only one cashier at the time I was in line, she was patient and assisted me with checking out with issues for my discount and Old Navy Rewards redemption.”

From their Autumn Sunrise and Winter Frost,, I can't get enough of their products and I use them in my massage business and my clients LOVE the scents when they come in for their sessions. “The clothes are decent especially for the price. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were a couple clothes that looked a little stretched out that once you wash them they be destroyed. The two girls at the front desk would definitely make me come again. They were very friendly easy to talk to and talk to you like a regular person. I hate when you go in stores and the person at the desk is rude and treats everything just like a Sale. I heard people say the girls at the desk are ghetto. There's nothing wrong with a little ghetto. And look where they work at. They need to be able to relate to the people they're selling stuff too. If you don't like it then don't shop there. But I enjoyed the sales girls very much”
