Moves are super stressful, and they understand and accommodate in any way to make it go smoothly for you, and without the added stress and worry of piling on charges. For a business in the moving industry, this is rare. They are locally owned and treat you like family! Going with crates rather than boxes saved us a ton of time and effort (and consumption!). They pick up and drop off with no effort on your part. Pickup was tricky with stairs and multiple trips, but they did it with no complaints or help on our part.
