“The two helpers showed up on time, were pleasant and hard working. I DO feel it is quite complicated to set up an appt. I strongly suggest that you invest in CRM software so that everyone involved can be efficient. I had a lot of back and forth-setting up an appt to talk with someone, received a phone call from someone else. It took a very long time for him to input all my data/cc card info etc. I have been an off and on client for Rent Sons for many years. And also used SURV. Would have been helpful if that information was saved somewhere.”

“We moved from Fall River to Tennessee and used Bristol Plymouth Movers from Fall River Massachusetts.. These movers were excellent. Patrick and his crew were personable both pick up and delivery. They took care to cover all my furniture and handle our stuff with care. The price was what was expected. Everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend. I read previous comments and believe the person who gave a Zero had the wrong company as they were from Texas. There is a difference between Bristol Plymouth Moving and Bristol Moving.”

“I never write reviews, but my only regret with this company is I can only leave one! You will not find a better company to do business with. They have been extremely flexible with us during our move in every possible way. Moves are super stressful, and they understand and accommodate in any way to make it go smoothly for you, and without the added stress and worry of piling on charges. For a business in the moving industry, this is rare. They are locally owned and treat you like family! Going with crates rather than boxes saved us a ton of time and effort (and consumption!). They pick up and drop off with no effort on your part. Pickup was tricky with stairs and multiple trips, but they did it with no complaints or help on our part. I'd recommend Crate Moves a thousand times!”
