“This small business has what you'd expect for animals and supplies. I find the prices to be a bit high compared to the big box stores like PetSmart- but for good reason. Their animals all seem well cared for, which is not something you can say for their competition. Brownie points for the fact I bought my cats FAVORITE cardboard scratcher here- she won't use any other one lol.”

“I couldn't love a shop more. The people are genuinely nice, they're very knowledgeable, they care about the birds and it shows, and it is very clean. Also, they are extremely reasonably priced. Both the owner and the girl who works there sometimes are super friendly and seem to actually encourage questions. I have 2 canaries from them and I wish I could have more birds just as an excuse to visit. It's a great place. Buy from local people, especially when they really, really deserve it!”

“A fantastic resource for animals. Large modern facility with very helpful staff. They do great work saving animals. I adopted Stella, a dachshund puppy saved by them, and she's just a beautiful and happy little doggie. UPDATED: the 2023 fundraising gala was wonderful. So glad they are resuming this annual tradition.”

“my 1st time adopting with forever paws this past january, and it was quick, seamless, and just great overall. i had adopted my 1st cat from a different shelter a year and a half ago, and knew i wanted to adopt another but was waiting til i was ready. i follow forever paws on all socials and when they posted a pic of Arizona (now named Clementine) i fell in love with her and applied right then. within 2 days i had an appt to meet her and she has now been home with me & my tabby Blueberry for over a month. they are still getting used to eachother but i know they will be besties soon enough. I am so thankful that I found Clementine. she is such a lovebug, super sweet, funny and such a goober. I love her so much. thank you to Joyce (i think her name was, if not forgive me, i have a terrible memory) for calling me a few days ago to check in with me post adoption, you are so funny and so kind! and thank you to the forever paws staff for making my 2nd adoption so pleasant. if i adopt again in the future i will consider forever paws as my first choice and will recommend to anyone looking to adopt ❤️”

“Today we came in to buy some fish and met Ben!!! not only was he knowledgeable about the fish no matter what I asked about he seem to know about everything in the store with detail!! He went out of his way to help us never once did I feel rushed or forced to buy anything!! yet I bought so many things that I was not there for because he took time to explain the benefits of the reward system perfectly. in the end I ended up saving over $150 it's nice to meet people that like their job and are knowledgeable really think he could've ran that store by himself. "Bottom line is you have a great employee on your hands treat him well" My Husband says I say make him management or lead of training at all your locations.The world needs Bens!!”

“Who doesn't love petco, my friend brought her dog to get his medicine and petco has the best prices and they'll also match prices if you can find it cheaper anywhere else. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. One employee seen us looking at chameleons and gave us fun facts about them, another employee gave my friends dog scratches and pets that he loved, and another employee near checkout asked to give the lil pup a treat which he also loved. And I personally love how everyone is there. I wish all stores were like that.”

“Country dog in Westport, Ma is a small little business packed with lots of goodies for your pets. Everything from pet food, wet, dry, and refrigerated to fun toys and treats. After driving by so many times, finally decided to stop and so glad we did. It may not look like much on the outside but once you step inside it's such a vibrant environment. The worker there was friendly and answered any questions I had. He allowed me to take my time and browse through the store. This is definitely a spot I will continue shopping at! Great little gem.”
