“Justin was incredibly kind & knowledgeable when I brought my diesel Audi Q7 with an oil leak problem nobody could figure out. He and his mechanic diagnosed the problem within minutes and he was very kind in explaining what needed to be done. Unfortunately by the time I heard about Mill City Diesel, we were moving several states away and the part needed would take a couple of months to arrive. Justin was so very helpful in offering solutions and how to safely drive my car to our new home until I could get it fixed at our new location. Highly recommend this shop because Justin was caring, kind, knowledgeable and helpful — and it was very evident the shop was well taken care of and they were experts in diesel repairs.”
“Brought in some brand new white wheels still in the box and after taking to several shops and not feeling confident that they would not mess up my brand new wheels.But quickly calmed down once I seen how they were handling each rim with care to ensure that they were not damaged by mounting tires on them.Also they took the extra step to put plastic caps to not score the rim on the insides.Went by on a slower day and they had me out of there within 20-25 mins.Also was cheaper than the shop that damaged my stock rims for my car.Over all very happy with this shop and will forever be bringing my wheel to them expensive or not good guys down there.”

He was a very honest man who could've taken me for a few thousand dollars for a repair but he gave me honest advice after assessing my vehicle and did not even charge a fee because he felt bad for me that my vehicle was in such rough shape. He was clearly not out to make a quick buck on me and he could've. Thank you Sam for being a genuine person. I will trust him with all future work on my vehicles.”
“Town Fair Tire in Dartmouth, MA was very helpful and accommodating when I needed to buy 4 new tires. Jacob was very knowledgeable and expedient in ordering my 4 tires and even helped me in putting one of the tires on that had a donut until I could come back and put the other 3 tires on when I got back from vacation. They also price match the tires I saw at a different tire store.”
“Great experience!I don’t usually write reviews but …I had a nail in my tire that I wanted patched from the inside.Originally I went to Firestone (just because it’s closer). I made an appointment but it took an hour to be seen just for them to tell me that the location of the nail made it unable to fix. I would need a new tire which they wanted to sell me. I was pretty sure that wasn’t true and I was being taken advantage of so I wanted to try somewhere else.I called Dave’s Tire around noon and got an appointment for 3:30 the same day. I was in and out in half an hour. They showed me the nail that was removed and it only cost $25 (versus $31 quote from Firestone). Everyone was super nice.I know where to go next time! Highly recommend!”

“bob’s took my tires when every other dump/transfer station/“recycling center” either turned me down over the phone or answered the call but turned me away at the gates. very friendly guy at the trailer office, serving very fair prices. pretty much the only guaranteed place in MA that will take your scrap rubber lol they do pick ups or deliveries.”

They got the job done quickly and obviously knew what they were doing. The price for installation was also a lot lower than I had expected, which was great. “Ok, I've been with Firestone/Tiresplus for over 15 years. Great work when I bring my truck in. Leave it and go to IHOP for breakfast. Now, today, the same thing, but why do I have to ask if oil change placard is in place and reset the oil change on dash; both of which were not done. We have to get it together. Thank you”
“I got 4 brand new tires for my truck, which are always steep pricing anywhere you go but service was good, set up an appointment on Monday was expecting a 3 hour wait but infact it was less, 2 hours in and out, used lounge for alittle and then walked and ate breakfast at MC'Ds next store. Already put 1k miles on tires with no issues, would recommend ?.”

“It's Sunday afternoon and I have a flat. I called all the local tire places and they were so rude to me on the phone. I forgot BJs had a tire center so I called to see if anyone was available to look at my flat. The guy I spoke to was so nice and I was able to bring my car right in. They found a nail and was able to patch it up. In and out in less than an hour.I had a nail in my tire a few months ago and Dartmouth Toyota where I normally bring my Toyota missed it and it cost me a lot of money to fix. Everyone I interacted with at BJs tire center was very professional and efficient. Much appreciated. Will def go back there.”
