Ordered two hats and paid $25 for two day shipping. One arrived three days later and the other five days later. Corresponded customer service to try to get my $25 back but they ghosted me. Who does this?! Products may or may not be good quality but one thing is certain is that there is no attempt at any kind of customer service. Their attitude is "if you don't like it there's plenty more where you came from!" Take your chances here or take your business elsewhere!

absolutely ridiculous company! I order a shirt that does not fit and I go to return it and they offer me LESS than what I paid to get a refund OR use in store credit.. well I had about two choices and they were out of every size available, so I pick the refund where they take ANOTHER $7 for their inconvenience and to pay for the return label.. this company is pathetic and I'll never shop their again

My package never came I have cameras on my building and was home at the time of delivery and they will not refund or resend. I have tried to speak with multiple customer service people but only one person emailed me back and at first they said they would resolve it then did not follow through. Save your money this company is fraudulent would not send anything verifying they even sent the package.

Would not recommend them. I purchased multiple items for a game weeks in advance and they didn't arrive in time. Customer service did absolutely nothing to help.

I placed an order online for a new Franchise series cap. It fit perfectly, which I expected since I have a similar one already. The first one was a Boston Red Sox hat. The new one I ordered is a Pittsburgh Steelers. I have other '47 brand hats, but these are fitted. I really like '47 the best because of the fit and appearance they offer.This is my first time ordering from them online. In the past, I have purchased these from brick-and-mortar stores.My expectations are high, and I think this will be one of my better decisions.Looking at the pictures posted and reading some of the reviews, they seem like they are not only a great company when it comes to manufacturing hats, but good to deal with, as well as to work for.I signed up for the Rewards program and they welcomed me to the family... Very nice. I was happy to realize, this company is located just north of Boston Massachusetts and is less than two hours from my house...I am very happy with my purchase. 47 Brand manufacturers my favorite hats!I am hoping they restock the 47 Grove Camo Knit hats so I can get one. I hoped to get one last year, but it seems they sold out and never restocked for some reason... I believe it was exclusive for the Pittsburgh Steelers Pro Shop.I am keeping an eye out and hope alive.

Took 12 days for the order to ship out. I asked if I could upgrade (and pay for) to air shipment to not miss my brother's bday and was ignored. Customer Service is trash

I purchased a tee shirt from 47 Brand On September 2 . On September 5 I sent an email to cancel my order , the delay being Labor Day . On September 8 I received an email from Peter in " customer service " saying my tee shirt would ship on September 8 . On September 11 I requested an order status , no response. I sent another emai again asking to cancel my order . No response until a shipping notification on September 14 . Read other reviews customer service is non existent at 47 brands . Fanatics's is a much better company to do business with.

First, let me say. The hats are in my opinion the best. That being said, the customer service is trash. Zero F*cks are givin. You'd be hard pressed to find someone, let alone someone how cares.

Like all of 47Brand.com reviews, customer service is TERRIBLE. Don't bother with this company. When you try them, because you don't think it will happen to you, call your credit card company to stop payment and get a refund. Just have them read customer reviews, they know this place shouldn't be in business and will refund you. Not kidding!

47 Brand charged my credit card for a cap that I ordered but I never received the cap. The only way to contact 47 is via email which I did multiple times about not getting my order but guess what? They never responded! I finally contacted my cc company to dispute the card. They credited my account back the charge while investigating the matter. 47 Brand has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with online. I will never use them again and I hope this review stops others from doing so too.

I never ever write a review, nor have I ever dealt with a company with awful customer service! Honestly received half my order. I've called left msgs, no response! I've emailed, again no response! I honestly started to think, especially these days, that I was being scammed! Do yourself and others a favor, go to reputable websites and get your items with caring companies! This isn't one of them! Never again for me!

I ordered something, got a confirmation that my order was received and being processed and I'd get an email when it was shipped. Emailed customer service 4 days later and receive no reply. This company is located in Massachusetts and I am in NJ. Should not take that long to receive my order. But how would I know, I don't have a shipping confirmation/tracking number! Very poor business practices. Stay away from this company.

I'm very disappointed. I placed an order for Christmas for my husband. The order confirmation was correct, and reflected the item I ordered. When I received my order, the incorrect item had been sent. I followed the instructions on the website to reach out to the email address to rectify the issue. I emailed four separate times, with absolutely no response from '47 Brand. I even advised them that my next option would be to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I tried to call the customer service number, and it has been disabled (warning sign). Don't shop here! This company apparently doesn't care about the experience they offer their customers once the money has been collected.
