Ordered a Christmas present December 3rd is now the 16th. Zero tracking hasn't shipped I even paid to ship faster! There is not a phone# only email, I've emailed 5x only 1 auto reply. Called the# listed on Google always busy. Can't even cancel thru this place so having to file a claim with my bank.

I only received half of my order and cannot get a hold of this company at all to get my issue resolved. Every phone number goes to a voicemail that is full and cannot take any messages. I have sent several emails and gotten no response. Terrible customer service.
