“recently had the pleasure of shopping at Nordstrom Rack in Westwood and I had an exceptional customer service experience thanks to Shahnaz. As I was browsing through the store, I was having trouble finding a bag that I had seen online. An employee with the name Shahnaz was working the register and I decided to ask her for some assistance. Not only did Shahnaz go out of her way to help me find the bag I was looking for, but she also provided me with some additional recommendations based on my preferences. Her knowledge of the store's inventory and her willingness to help me find exactly what I needed was truly impressive.Throughout our interaction, Shahnaz was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. Her positive attitude and excellent communication skills made me feel valued as a customer. It was clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about providing the best possible service to Nordstrom Rack's customers. I just went in for a tux fitting today, and it was such a great experience. Patty was the one to help me with my sizing and was very kind throughout the whole process. With tux rentals, most stores give you an off-the-rack fit. However, Patty was so thoughtful about how she procured my look and gave me the look I wanted for the wedding. The whole staff was so friendly and helpful, and I’d highly recommend Simon and Sons to any other grooms/groomsmen looking for a great fit!”

“I adore this place. So glad someone told me to give it a try. There is a nice mix of casual and dressy. I've gotten some really interesting pieces here including two unique blouses, a couple of dresses (one casual and one dressy), a really cool jacket, and a truly unique, keep them forever, pair of black pants. I also purchased a very interesting, muted yellow leather pocketbook. Love it here. Will come back over and over. The service is outstanding. It can be hard for me to get over my normal don't want to talk to anyone, shop myself norm. I finally let them make some suggestions and boy am I glad I did! They are incredible at finding things for you and in most cases they were things I would not have tried on yet when I did I loved them. And they are not pushy at all. There are so few places where you can go and find good clothes that you can actually try on vs searching online. I will make the very long drive here over and over. Well worth the trip.”
