“I had an appointment to get my cats nails trimmed with Hailey. Unfortunately when I got there I noticed his rabies vaccine was expired. I was able to go right to the vet services in the back of the store and get his rabies vaccine and they cut his nails. I could not believe how amazing both girls in the grooming area were. Then to be able to get right in with the vet was unbelievable! From the girl who checked us in to the bubbliest vet tech and an amazing Vet. I could go on and on with how impressed I was!! Definitely going back! Thank you so much for taking the best care of my Ollie!!”

“I’ve brought my dog Sherlock in a few times for a bath and nail trim. Last time we got a call “do you like the grinch toes or should I trim those?” (referring to our dog’s fur on his feet). We kept the “grinch” toes and both Sherlock and we were happy about it!Also they have a great supply of dog treats (and catnip toys that I supply to my in-law’s cat out in Bolton).”
“I visited last week when everyone was having internet issues, but the staff who was there that day was super helpful and friendly, chatted with us, and my partner and I had a great time spending $$ on our little pup on a huge assortment of treats. I was really impressed with the selection and WIDE ARRAY of options. The no-hides are awesome, happy to finally have a safe option to give my dog. The merchandising, displays, and colors, etc were all very well done. Great space!! I buy my dog only polkadog treats these days, and was happy the in-person shopping experience was just as fun. Absolutely visit if you can! Great prices too”

“I am a new dog owner and took my dog here for our first DIY grooming experience which was spectacular. The Labrador that i adopted hadn't been groomed in a while and needed a good amount of work. The staff took time to walk me through each step and made sure I didn't miss a spot. The amenities are updated and clean. The retail store has a good variety of every product you can think. Reasonable prices too. We will be back again soon!”

“Love this place!! My dog has been going to No Bones for over 3yrs and just loves it. Some reviews are disappointing because I've had nothing but a great experience with them. My LabX goes home tired every day, the staff is awesome walking them at least 4x a day and it shows. Some would say it's small but I've been to a few other daycare in the area and not much of a difference, plus you're able to see them in the open not hidden!! They definitely go above & beyond making beds for them every day making them happy and content!”
“Associates were super helpful when I came in looking for cat-friendly treats to celebrate my girl's birthday! They went through every item at the self-scoop station and figured out which were dog-only and which were cat-and-dog. I was able to get a great assortment for really cheap, and I'll definitely be back to grab some treats for the pup.”

“Signed my new pup Rocky and myself up for six sessions of group training ($129 total), which ended up being private sessions as we were the only ones to sign up this go around! Leigh was our trainer. She was knowledgeable, patient with me and Rocky, and understanding and compassionate about my anxiety regarding Rocky's on-leash reactivity (barking at people and dogs). We worked on several commands in the training room, which Rocky did great at. We also moved through the store practicing commands with distractions, and working on Rocky's reactivity. We had a great time, made great strides in just six sessions, and Rocky and I are even closer for training together. We will be continuing on with Leigh for intermediate training!”
“I love Metro Pets. They are always on time. And they return my precious standard poodle on time and beautifully groomed with a call 15 minutes in advance. Madison is a highly skilled groomer and she and Willow are a lovely match. I highly recommend Metropets. Not all groomers can handle a standard poodle cut that looks like a poodle but not too frooffy. Willow and I love Madison and Metropets.”

Nice and clean store with everything nicely filled in and organized entirely. Will probably come back next time I need something small for my puppy.”

“I have been bringing my Boxer, Ziggy, to Tails almost 5 days a week for the past 4+ years. The kind and patient staff that work there are incredible with every dog I see them interact with. They clearly build individual relationships with with each pup and understand how to manage individual needs and behaviors. They are responsive to my questions and thorough with vaccine checks. They have even helped me care for Ziggy through tough times post-surgery and addressed behavioral challenges thoughtfully. They are so caring and focused with Ziggy, I have complete and total trust in them when I leave town. I have boarded him for extended stays (up to 2 weeks) at both the JP and Dedham locations and he always comes home cared for, clean, and happy (not to mention, exhausted). Tails truly feels like family to Ziggy. We'd be lost without them.”

“I could not believe how beautiful the store was. I walked in, felt like it hugged me.❤️It was so amazing and the people there were so helpful and so kind.my dog looks beautiful and my little dog had to be shaved way down because he was so matted? I was uncomfortable to see him shaved down but I understood when Mindy explained to me that if you don’t shave them down, these can be very uncomfortable for the dog and irritate the skin.the hair will grow back This place is top notch, Josh and Coleen, David, and all the other workers there are fabulous. It’s been a great experience. I have walked into other pet stores in my long time owning pets never felt so welcomed.❤️”

“The staff here are so friendly. I had the best experience in a time of concern for my dog Ziggy and me. They were so helpful and made everything so smooth. We had to return after Ziggy’s surgery because the bandages came off and they tried to bandage him again but his big head was an issue so they found an alternative which they were so kind to email me so i can purchase it, then they explained what i needed to do in detail. Will highly recommend you guys over and over. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for taking such good care of Ziggy!”
“When I walked in, the owner didn’t greet us, he was just sitting at the counter with sad face, I wonder what happened to him. Anyways, the place has a great selection of fish. Saw some flower horns and Jack Dempsey cichlids, and some arowanas. All the fish look healthy and they’re kept in tanks with many hiding spots, they all seem happy except for 1 dead fish. Their cat is cute also.”
