Mackenzie didn’t take the time to actually comb my dog out. Yes he may have had some tangled but I brushed and combed out my dog to the root with no issue. My dog is a 60lb doodle and his hair is thick, normally it takes 3 hours or more to groom him tangles or not b it this time it only took 2 hours. If you have a doodle I highly wouldn’t recommend Mackenzie. Upset does not go to describe the way that I feel about the results of my dogs haircut, I’m beyond furious. I will never send my dog back to this pet smart again!

The entire staff is so detailed.. The dog instructor trainer Linda C ..& Anastasia B “ Thank you for my puppy handbook” you both & All !!! So show much passion.
Along with Truly caring ! Maverick & Lunar Lily’s puppy training was truly “ ON POINT”.. she taught me some quick tips .. prior to class starting and I really appreciated her care and concern! ALSO!!
The ENTIRE GROOMING STAFF!! Thank you each and every one of you!! Your all so lovely caring for my fur babies & having Banfield right there makes it even easier for my vet concerns!!

I bought a bit of dragon from this location, and the sales rep was really great. I regret that I don’t remember her name, but it was the first time I’d even held a reptile before and she helped me feel very comfortable. She helped me the time and what I would need, and I will set up by the end of the day so definitely a great experience. The only thing I would say bug me a bit is I had to go back to the store later on in the day to purchase the lizard and when I came, my rep wasn’t there. I had to work with the manager, and I wanted to buy multiple pets at the time and she would not allow me to. Was very frustrating but overall a good experience.

Just picked up my 2 dogs where I spent 250$ and I had to immediately brush them out when I got home. What a waste of money, never going back!!!!

Took my baby for her first hair cut with me being her new parent!! They did amazing and there were so patient with Justice looking forward to our next visit

I have been going to Petsmart for years to the store and love it. This time I decided to take my Aussie to get groomed at the Westwood location. Bad idea! I booked him with Amanda on Dec. 16th for the works and yes he was overdue and I know sometimes they have to cut the knots off. First of all he is double coated, was getting a full bath, furminator package, nail and teeth. They were done with him too quick and I even said wow that’s too quick and they said we had a cancellation . Not sure what that meant if they had someone else assisting but when I got home I realized that they completely shaved a god portion of the middle of his beautiful tail. You could imagine since he is very fluffy is a bit hard to notice until you get closer and start petting him and slowly get to check him. I have been taking him to Petco in Avon and have never had such abad experience.

I have been bringing my dog there for grooming for some time now and never had any issues. Today I was a few minutes late for the appointment and Sam (the groomer) was incredibly rude, didn’t even greet us just told me to call if I’m going to be late and was just plain rude the entire time she talked to me. Then informed me that she saw the note from the Walpole location about my dog “nipping” at the groomers while working on her paws (which was an extra charge for handling) so she will “see how it goes”. I have never had complaints about this from groomers at this location or others but now its in my dogs chart here and they realize they can charge extra for it (my dog is a 12 pound shih tzu mix). So of course when I picked her up I was charged extra and again Sam was rude to me. On top of all that the cut looks choppy, she did not do a good job. I will not be returning with either of my dogs.
