“Super helpful and friendly employees. I had a package delivered to the wrong address and they took the time to track it down by calling multiple individuals. Package was missing for less that 24 hours. Also they gave my daughter activity sheets to keep her entertained while we waited. All my other experiences here have been great as well.”

“Kind of strange to be writing a review for the post office, but after reading the bad reviews for the Dedham post office, I went ahead and made my way to the Westwood post office.
I thought the woman behind the counter was extremely patient as I tried to figure out the best way to send my three different tax-related documents -– some that needed certified with return receipt, others that did not. Apparently the type of envelope that you buy can determine the way it’s mailed, and some envelopes end up costing more than others because of that.
In the end, I was able to get everything mailed, get the return receipts I needed, and she never made me feel rushed or stupid. It was also five minutes before closing time, so I give her a lot of kudos for that too.”
