Not only do they have great prices, their customer service is unmatched. While in the waiting room, I said that I was tired and wanted a cup of tea, and mentioned that I might walk to Dunkin’. Nick said it was too far to walk and proceeded to drive to Dunkin’ to buy me a tea! Moreover, they gave him the wrong drink, and once he realized it back at the office he drove back to Dunkin’ to get the correct beverage!

“There are many good collision shops in the area. But I will not be looking for any other than Jannell should I, God forbids, need one. My two yo Volvo was rear-ended. Ryan and his team restored to a pristine condition, replacing a good number of parts. There is a lot of electronics in this car, and some was damaged. They restored it all. “Sam and his crew are the best as a taxi driver we go to him and he tells you either to drive the car or don't drive the car and he takes his extra time and looks over everything and when my vehicle broke down a lot of times and they sure that you put me in at some point he's a great person he doesn't rip anybody off in the work gets done no matter what his crew is awesome they don't need to look at the book they don't need to call somebody they know exactly what they are doing I've been going to him for 15 years if he tells you he can't fix something that there's no way no how it's possible to fix an issue he will tell u it doesn't mean he doesn't know what he's doing it means it's non fixable other mechanics will tell you they can fix it to make money then it breaks down that's not a mechanic people don't realize when you have two extra mechanics that cost money and Sam he has to pay these people so they could make a living as well don't think mechanics are getting rich off the labor they're not he has a lot of overhead to pay between taxes the parts the insurance lights gas it cost him a lot of money he's a good guy if he says wait in the waiting room means wait in the waiting room”
