“After reading some of these negative reviews, I was skeptical to say the least. Showed up at 9:05am on Monday morning and was out of there with the clean car I’d reserved a couple weeks ahead of time by 9:35am.
Was definitely a one-man show (running the counter, vacuuming the cars, AND pulling them up front), so I can imagine that it got backed up even more over the course of the day. My experience was decent though!”

“I travel a great deal and I rent cars all the time. This place is the 'tip top' of the car renting food chain. Every person who works there knows their business completely. They process you very quickly. They give you great rates. Whatever/however they can... they try to do a little extra for you. They always smile and they are all just super friendly. This is the dictionary definition of 'value for money', at least when it comes to car rental agencies. Thanks Whitman Enterprise, for a job done as well as i could ever hope for!”

“I picked up a car at the last minute July 4th holiday weekend. The staff was professional, friendly and courteous. The car was a 2021 Toyota Corolla. It provided to me with a dirty windshield (inside and out) and a dirty rear window. I had to clean them to ensure visibility. The inside of the car was worn and dirty. As far as operation, the vehicle performed well and seemed to be in good mechanical condition.
When I picked up the rental, I was helped by Jc Urbaez who was very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. When I dropped off the car, Enterprise rep Zachary Babcock helped me and he asked me whether I had been satisfied with the rental. I told him all the above. Mr. Babcock listened to my concerns, apologized for the condition of the car, gave me a credit towards the rental, and told me he would send the car out for detailing. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and responsive to my concerns.
Because of how I was treated I will rent from Enterprise again, despite the poor condition of the car, in terms of cleanliness, I received.”
“I rent car a from the Hanover MA enterprise once a year. I reserve online and put more details in to save time at the counter. It’s always been super quick getting the car or returning the car and they offer after hours returns. Staff is always friendly and the cars are clean and are in good condition. “Hassle free car rental with Alamo. Pre-booked via Expedia, and the check-in experience was smooth. Proceeded up to Level 7 to collect the ride and we are on our way.

“Our rental experience with Enterprise was everything we could have expected! But what put it over the top, was when employee, Alex Muto, went out of his way, well after hours and on his own time, brought me my iPad that I left in the rental. I had a flight to catch early the next morning, and he literally saved the day! I will definitely rent from enterprise again.”
“Amazing experience renting with Budget at this location. Staff went above and beyond for me and were so kind and understanding. I had reserved at another company but when I went to pick up, there were issues and I thought I would have to cancel our family vacation. Budget took my last minute reservation and I was in and out within minutes. The fleet of cars are great, newer and the car we got was so clean and with a full tank of gas. I will only rent from them for future needs.”

Mimi was civil, helpful and pleasant with all. It took about an hour to finally get some cars to get people going which came me from the airport. “I've been running from hurts for the last few months since I came back from Georgia if you don't go to 150 Freeport Street in Dorchester to get a rental something is very wrong with you they will accommodate you they will help you to the best of their ability they won't try to Short change you they won't try to over charge you they won't give you any dirty vehicles they are amazing it should be more people like them the manager and the guy that sits at the front desk at the door amazing men very polite respectful willing to go to the end of the Earth for you I recommend hurts on 150 Freeport Street and Dorchester to everybody in America and I have a lot of friends use my name Rachel Smith”
