We were struggling with a car feature (collapsable seat) and employee who was walking by working on something else came over and helped us out, unprompted. Will definitely rent from here, again.”
“If you need a rental car, go to VVS Rental! Great customer service, family owned, easy to deal with & you’re supporting a small business, instead of giving your money to the big rip off companies who don’t care about you at all! I needed a rental last minute on a Sunday since Enterprise left me sitting outside in the dark in freezing cold weather, after my insurance, pre-booked a rental for me. After going to 6 locations Saturday with no cars for me… I gave up! Seen VVS on my snap, got a reply within minutes & he told me to come on Sunday. Despite being closed… he went out his way to get me a rental car! I even needed a different car a few days later, only due to size, swapped out with no problem!! Best car rental service I’ve ever used! Highly recommend!!”
“Madison and her team are FANTASTIC! Hands down the best experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. I appreciate the extra time Madison took to make sure I understood my charges vs what insurance was covering, to show me the features on the car I was taking, and just her entire positive and patient demeanor (especially since their phone and foot traffic into the branch were non stop!). Mimi was civil, helpful and pleasant with all. It took about an hour to finally get some cars to get people going which came me from the airport.
