My Dad passed away a few years ago and left me a diamond ring that was a bit on the masculine side so I brought it in to see if they could place it in a more feminine one. Process was super seamless they showed me several options on a screen where you can see all the dimensions (super helpful). I made my choice and they even took money off for the band that it initially came in. Oh and while I was there they cleaned my wedding rings which is always a huge plus, looked brand new when I walked out. They kept me in the loop via text with updates and even picked it up for me on the way back from a wedding they went to! They’re just awesome, I won’t go anywhere else, I even plan on bringing some family members there when they visit.”
