“My old phone was about a decade old, not holding a charge anymore and kept going into SOS mode. It was time for a new phone. Very happy to have gone into this AT&T store yesterday and met Estefhany. She was the most helpful, patient, and over sweetest person to work with. She made sure to answer any questions I had thoroughly so I left confident with my new phone. Estefhany was so kind to my 10 y/o helping make a sometimes tedious process effortless. I can go on and on about great she is.
