They handle the In-store service are great, but lousy on handling over the phone when call. First call was answered but put on hold then hung up. Immediately called back, same as the first time, but instead of hung up, they let on hold for over half an hour.

The people in the printing department are fabulous, especially Juan and Mia !!! They are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgable!!!
