“Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thought my delivery was lost, turns out family member grabbed it and didn’t tell anyone. Found out after I had emailed customer service to ask how I could submit a claim. Immediately got a reply saying a replacement item was being shipped at no charge. Will return the duplicate item, and just got online and bought something else, and will purchase more in the future.”

Timmy had me get in the dress 3 times while I was there and worked on it Friday night for me. I had the dress back on Saturday morning. I looked gorgeous on my wedding day. I will be eternally grateful for him saving my wedding day ?”

“Beautiful store, lovely staff! The clothing and accessories here are works of art and displayed immaculately. They feature well-curated articles ranging from techwear to romantic gothic styles - perfect for anyone who likes it a shade darker. Shopping here is a joy both in person and on the website. The staff are so friendly and attentive and respond quickly to online inquiries. Go in and admire the beauty of it all!

“I participated in one of Dahlia's weaving workshops and had a terrific experience. This was my first time weaving and Dahlia gave clear instructions and was really patient. The workshop had a fun and low-key vibe and I appreciated that Dahlia was time-conscious to make sure that we completed weaving by the end. I made a pillow that she finished and mailed to me within two weeks. I recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to take a day to be creative and try something new.”

Other reviews complained about the selection and at times it can be limited but their inventory is geared towards their customers. Usually I’m able to get what I want at this location and oftentimes if I’m not it’s not available at any of the other nearby locations. It’s a well suited store for our neighborhood.”

“I visited today and was able to find a lovely Christmas gift for both my mother and my brother. I had a lovely conversation with the owner and she told me the history of her store and how she got into fashion. She's incredibly kind, insightful and helpful; even when my questions didn't pertain to her wares. Additionally, she said that if the clothing items I'd purchased didn't fit the way I wanted to, that she would alter them for free!!! I will definitely be coming back: both to buy clothes and to chat!”

“Amazing selection of quality clothing! I haven’t seen a Brunello jacket since Italy and it was beautiful! They even had mink coats! I have no use for mink, but was amazed to see them here! The owner was friendly, or at least I thought she was the owner. She has a wide selection of jewelry also. The stairs up are noisy and uneven, so be careful, but worth the climb.”
“I took a trip to find this store. It was a wonderful experience. I bought a small set of rosewood beads and a back issue of Trixycle magazine. The shop has a nice selection of small figurines, various pouches, and a lot of fabric items. There is a small selection of books I haven’t seen elsewhere, and many magazines 50% off the cover price. It was nice chatting with the kind owner. Please drop by and show this small shop some love.”
