“Pretty much all Family Dollar stores are similar. I find them a bit more crowded than the Dollar Tree stores and merchandise seems to really crowd the shelves, to the point that sometimes it's not pleasing to the eyes...at the same time, many times I see empty shelves where products run out or they haven't re-stocked them. I went into this store in Worcester and I found a few things that I needed, luckily there was no line to check out, so I had no issues shopping and paying. With over 8,000 locations in all states except Alaska and Hawaii, it was the second largest retailer of its type in the United States until it was acquired by Dollar Tree in 2015 and its headquarters operations were moved from Matthews, a suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina, to Chesapeake, Virginia, located in South Hampton Roads. The main difference is that at Family Dollar you can get items at different price points, whereas at Dollar Tree everything is $1.25 or less.”

“I absolutely love this dollar tree. It is always clean and the merchandising is to perfection. Angela the manager is amazing. She leads with her staff and you can tell by the way they all communicate and just by the way the store looks I love this store and I will always be coming to this one only great job, Angela.”

Store was very clean. She advised me of the family dollars rewards she help get the application. She is very professional and kind. She definitely is the example of what customer service should also be. Thank you for your kindness and help Nicole. I can say that I definitely seen that their was a management change being that I have came in before to this store and my experience wasn't like the one I had today with Nicole, and if its not a management change Nicole will be a great candidate. “This store is on the smaller size but very well stocked.
They have items my normal store hasn't stocked in a while and items priced up to $10.
This store looked nicer inside than they usually do and is not messy! This store shares a parking lot with Price Rite etc and was quite full of cars around 11am. I also did not see any self check outs either!”

“The store was a mess until the new GM Russ started ! Now the store always looks very very clean well stocked an he goes above a beyond to make sure his customers are happy!! He’s very funny an always has a smile on his face!!! He’s always greeting any customer he sees an he’s very very respectful!!! I’m absolutely impressed with the upbringing of the store with him as the GM thabks from us customers we appreciate you I’m a dasher an get orders from this store a lot but had to drop them cause there is no service the WiFi wasn’t working but the GM made a point to make sure that his store has working WiFi we appreciate that tremendously!!! Now I can except orders again! There is also a wonderful assistant manager who has the same exact attitude as the GM! She goes above and beyond for that store too! The store is always well stocked cleaned and just an amazing environment! I always chat an joke with them both! These ppl deserve a raise for going above an beyond for that store!
