“Hi, I’m new to the area and I needed my car repaired. I needed brakes. I called a couple local places in Whitman and came across Mike’s auto body made an appointment. He was the cheapest of all the places I called for brakes. I dropped the car off his name was Steve. That was the mechanic. I met the mother to family on Place five stars, they were friendly and most important they were honest I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back for my inspection sticker, and I found a new mechanic.”

Most recently, I had a problem with my car's brake pads and everywhere I called said they couldn't get me in for another 1-2 weeks (at minimum). “my car was on drive way for five months , I had tire monitor system alarm, no pressure shown front left tire , but there is pressure in it, breaks works funny and unsafe with noise. I called Michael Babin to service. I trusted him always. I picked McLaughlin as car service 4-5 years ago, because one of my friend advised me to go talk with Michael. even the service far from my house, I have been coming here , since then. he is Great Manager, very pleasant servis he provides us
keep coming here as long as he works in this service. After service today, my car looks brand new, driving it very smooth, no noise, no shake. Great job??”
“My cummins dump truck broke down on the side of the road. No air pressure at all. He came out for an emergency repair. He put a gauge on the discharge side of the compressor and we found out it failed. He installed a new air compressor and new lines for a REALLY reasonable price. I definitely will be calling back. “Highly recommend! I was driving in the snow, slid down a hill, bounced off a telephone pole, and ended up with drivers side tire pointing straight, and passenger tire pointing diagonal right. This was a Sunday night. Monday afternoon, I was going to every auto body shop I could find. After half a dozen shops said we don't do alignments, or, we can't take it until next week, Paul and bob's said as soon as you can get it here, we'll take a look at it. AAA picked up my car at 2:05 and brought it to Paul and bob's. They called by 3 with a fair estimate, and by 10 a.m. the next day, my car was finished and ready to pick up. They replaced lower control arm, inner and outer tie rods, plus labor for $650. I'll recommend this business to anyone!”

“I got my oil changed here and it was a very quick service! It seriously took me less than 20 minutes. The employees were very kind and courteous and they even offered to add air into my tires for me. I thought it was an upcharge at first so I said no but then they explained that it was included! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had a coupon on my phone, and he said he took care of it but when I looked at my receipt later I realized the coupon wasn’t applied. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt though because I really don’t think they noticed and I didn’t notice either so its partially my fault as well. I will definitely be coming to this location again though!”
“Huge help on a Saturday morning before my girlfriend was leaving for Maine for a week's vacation. Her Jeep tire had a slow leak and these guys fixed it quickly and told me no charge! I gave the mechanic $20 for a tip. I would definitely recommend this place for any automotive repairs.”

“Team replaced my Head Gasket on my 2007 Pontiac that was seeping. Engine was not effected. Vehicle has only 41,000 mileage. It happens . My main mechanic and Colin both agreed on diagnosis.
Vehicle is beautiful n well maintained so I decided to move forward with having her repaired. .
I'm happy I did. Certified Appraisal just done doubled what I paid for her.
