“TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I'm posting a second review under my partner's profile to express how incredible N&R's service is. I brought my car in for a massive repair; not only was it done within a couple of days, Kevin took the time to explain to me exactly what parts are needed, why, how the labor would work, and the pricing. I never had any question of what he was doing to my car.
As it turned out, my car quickly became something close to catastrophic, unbeknownst to Kevin when he took the car in. Kevin called me and explained this to me very thoroughly, was apologetic, and very kind to me. Kevin also knocked off about a fourth of the price for the fact that my car, while drive-able, is in the last stages of his life. I am a relatively recent college graduate, struggling like everyone else; he can't know what that meant to me.
Kevin, as always, thank you for the great care you and your team take when you're working on my car. I'm a repeat customer and will continue to be a customer for as long as they're open. It wouldn't matter if I moved countries - I would still come back to N&R Automotive.”
“Just bought a truck( 2015 dodge ram Laramie) from advanced automotive.
There were a few things on the truck, like the running boards that needed replacing. Advanced auto was on top of making sure the truck was good to go.

“My car was hit in a parking lot, sustaining some damage to the front bumper area. I was referred to the Collision Center by the dealership where I bought the car. From the start, the process was easy and professional. From their website, I was able to upload pictures of the damage, and they quickly provided me a fair estimate. They worked with my schedule to bring the car in, and once they got it, they quickly determined what would need to be fixed and updated their estimate. They finished the work quickly and professionally, and the final cost was less than half of the original estimate. I'd definitely use them again.”

“John and Tayden did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the exhaust manifold on my mother's car, saving me from having to order a whole new part. Their customer service was top notch, friendly and accommodating. The entire job plus an inspection was less than half the cost of a new manifold, and they got it all done in a few hours. Would definitely recommend!”

“I needed some minor body work for the rear corner panel and door on my Honda Pilot. Dennis is right down the street, so I gave them a call. Rusty helped me out. He is so personable and down to earth. I explained what I needed and how much the appraisal was for from insurance. Along with that, he did some other minor work on the car for short money. I received the vehicle back and it looks great. If you need some work done on your vehicle, I would keep this place in mind. It's a small place but don't let that fool you. The shop is well worth the visit.”
“Recently I had to buy a used car after my car couldn't be repaired. After looking at probably a dozen cars I ended up seeing a car I was interested in at this place. The two guys that run this place were really nice. They were easy to deal with, not pushy and I thought they were being honest about the cars on the lot. Brought the car to my mechanic and he went through it and it was fine. No issues. It was a pleasant experience.”

“Our new (to us, purchased pre owned 2020 Discovery) sprung a leak in a radiator overflow tank on the way to Boston. We contacted Land Rover in Hanover and drove there. Tom, the service manager helped secure us a rental car and kept us informed on the parts order and repair timeline. Him and his staff were very professional. Thankfully the repair was all covered under warranty and they did a complete check up on the car before returning it to us. They made what could have been a very difficult situation easy.
