“Highly recommend! I was driving in the snow, slid down a hill, bounced off a telephone pole, and ended up with drivers side tire pointing straight, and passenger tire pointing diagonal right. This was a Sunday night. Monday afternoon, I was going to every auto body shop I could find. After half a dozen shops said we don't do alignments, or, we can't take it until next week, Paul and bob's said as soon as you can get it here, we'll take a look at it. AAA picked up my car at 2:05 and brought it to Paul and bob's. They called by 3 with a fair estimate, and by 10 a.m. the next day, my car was finished and ready to pick up. They replaced lower control arm, inner and outer tie rods, plus labor for $650. I'll recommend this business to anyone!”

“Great experience. Brought my Outback XT in for a check engine light. Not only did Bill fix the issue, but also brought me into the shop to show me other issues with the car when it was on the lift. He gave me honest opinions on which issues were pressing and which were not so much. He gave me advice on how to fix some of the non pressing issues myself, atleast to buy me some time to get them repaired professionally if I so choose. He really made me feel like he truly cares about his customers and gives you an honest breakdown of repairs and pricing. Would definitely come back.”

“You could tell from the online listing that he wasn't trying to hide anything about this car or waste anyone's time. He had pictures from every possible angle. We went on a Saturday to see and test drive the car. It looked as good in person (very minor blemishes), and the only thing it seemed to need was rear rotors. During the week the brake job was done, and we returned the following week to complete the transaction (smooth, no surprises) and bring the car home (registered myself, RI not MA). Clean title, VIN check, and passed inspection. Been driving it a week, and everything is good. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.”

“The Gm of the location is impressive, helpful and dedicated to his job for not only his customers, but from talking to him his employees as well. I always feel nervous going in for car repairs because you never know if the person helping out is actually telling the truth for what is need. The price was amazing for all my breaks to be replaced and oil change! (I did not plan on getting the breaks done just oil changer here as we have someone we go to for this stuff, but because of how the GM came out my situation, I was more than happy to give him my business) I will be back for more work, he deserves more money and recognition from his upper leadership team for the service he provides. also, your master mechanic was quick and did great work on my moms car. “Hands down the best mechanic around! Within 3 months of purchasing a used car from a dealership, the car stopped working. Driving down the road the car would come to a complete stop. Dealership said it would be a month before they could look at the car. Brought the car down to Baxter Auto instead. Brandon diagnosed the issue within an hour and explained in detail what was wrong and how to fix it. The car is under an extended warranty, therefore I had to bring it to the dealership. At first the dealership said nothing was wrong with the car. Thanks to Brandon, I was able to explain to dealership that the timing chain needs to be replaced. After 4 weeks, the dealership finally agreed to replace timing chain and I got the car back. If it wasn’t for Brandon at Baxter Auto, I probably would have had to bring the car to junk yard and replace it. Brandon is an honest, friendly, and trustworthy mechanic.
