Great customer service, family owned, easy to deal with & you’re supporting a small business, instead of giving your money to the big rip off companies who don’t care about you at all! I needed a rental last minute on a Sunday since Enterprise left me sitting outside in the dark in freezing cold weather, after my insurance, pre-booked a rental for me. After going to 6 locations Saturday with no cars for me… I gave up! Seen VVS on my snap, got a reply within minutes & he told me to come on Sunday. Despite being closed… he went out his way to get me a rental car! I even needed a different car a few days later, only due to size, swapped out with no problem!! Best car rental service I’ve ever used! Highly recommend!!”
“I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service in a timely manner at extremely fair prices. I use this company for towing my travel trailer around. The owner is a great guy helped me out when I purchased my trailer (from seprate conpany) and showed me how to set everything up and told me to give him a call if I had any questions or concerns. I didn't even purchase from him and he's been amazing help. Again would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality and very fair prices.”
“Where do I begin???
After a few months of getting the run around from enterprise and different hertz locations, I was referred to Ruy at the Hertz in Hanover. It was worth the frustration!
After being told by other locations that no one had 7 passengers mini and available, I was pleasantly surprised when Ruy took his time to show me all the vehicles he had in stock. I was able to rent 2 of them for our women’s retreat.
This is a brief description of a very long and stressful process that started 2 months ago.
All I can say is that moving forward I will be renting from the Hanover location. Thank you very much for your A+ customer service Ruy!”
