I was buying a new truck at Lia, (maybe) and Kelly King was instrumental in seeing that our, about to be, new truck was as hot looking as it could be. Being under major renovations at Lia, the truck was very much in need of some major exterior cleaning. When it came back beautiful and in it's true GLOWry, it was time to finalize the deal! Thank you Kelly, and everyone at Lia. I would add a photo but it needs a bath. I drove in yesterday's deluge.

I went here for an oil change and state inspection and Cassie was great about getting me checked in and keeping me updated. So far so good with experiences here. I didn't get any shady upsell vibes here like I've gotten at other places (especially being a woman) so I really respect that. Thank you!

I bought a car from Mike. They cleaned it. Did a great job. Single owner car. One month in, the car reeks of smoke and it keeps getting worst. I called several times. Tried to reach my salesman, the manager asking to have it cleaned again, specifically for smoke. They refused to help me, responded it had already been cleaned. I will have to take he car to a socialist as the smell seems worst. My hands r smells of smoke. It's terrible. Bottom line don't buy a car from them, you'll drive away and get no help.

Any time I have gone to LIA Toyota in Wilbraham I have had nothing but great service. With the way these days have been with no place having enough staff and with wait times, I am fully pleased with the communication and friendliness of the staff at LIA. Never has there been a time I was not aware of what was going on. Thank you!

Alright, First. I want to say I would of gave this disgusting ugly dealership 0 stars if I could. And also I think they deserve a Oscar because how good of actors they are there and heres why. I have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. Its 2x2, and when I had taken it for service. A worker had came rushing in, and said "Sir! Your 4x4 is damaged and needs to be fixed!" Well one I don't even have 4x4, I have 2x2. And it gets worst, I had taken in my car because the motor and transmission broke. After service, they dented my hood, put a huge scratch on my right fender, and its like they are drunk 24/7. Because after some other repairs, they broke my tire, it was more flat than a pancake that was ran over in the middle of the road, and get this. It was missing 3 lug nuts on my front right tire. Which I didn't even notice till 3 weeks later. That could of killed me. And then they also broke my windshield wiper fluid dispenser. And the most funny part. The mechanic said "I test drove it". I had high hopes when he said that, but a couple seconds after leaving the dealer, my check engine light comes on and my service required light comes on for my head gasket.... We had already turned in the rental, and we were lucky we could get it back. And I think they took out my check engine light because only the triangle hazard light turns on when maintenance is required, and I don't see the check engine light pop up during cycle on start up, when it use to. Again I would give this place 0 stars if I could. And if your going to respond lia, don't even I don't want to hear from you filthy scammers.

Short and sweet: my car was making an unusual sound post being service a week prior, with Lia Toyota. The car was towed to the dealership for further evaluation. It was determined by a rude an unprofessional employee (David) that my tires were the problem which it was not. However thanks to the amazing Eddie Ramos who discovered the root cause of the problem and resolved it right away. He was truly professional and phenomenal throughout the whole experience. Eddie is an asset to the company and should be recognized for all he does. They should have more employees like him. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me. THANK YOU EDDIE!!!!

Had an exceptional experience with service advisor, Dave Greenlaw. He addressed all the concerns about my vehicle's maintenance schedule and detailed most up the upcoming interval services. Conversation was comfortable and honest. Dave is clearly an auto enthusiast and that made interacting with him easy and relaxed.

They recommended service saying that's what Toyota recommends yet could not show proof and when I looked on toyota.com for my car year and engine, that is not listed as something to do at 15,000 miles. Per Toyota.com. They also didn't even have it on a lift before saying that, it was just when I was checking in. Definitely tried to rip me off for an unnecessary service which was obvious. The car has had no accidents and it's not pulling. Why would it need a 4 wheel alignment already? I'll be going to a different dealer next time that takes me 35 minutes longer to get to because 2 out of 3 services there's been an issue.

Tried selling my wife a 4 wheel alignment at 15,000 mile service. This is the 2nd issue with this dealership. I called the dealer i bought the vehicle at and they said, why does it need an alignment? Does it pull? Or is there a tire thats showing excessive ware? No, they told us we needed an alignment before they even looked at the car! She got the "You live in New England of course you need an alignment ". Just because she's a woman doesn't mean you can take advantage of Her! Now my car is at an alignment shop (not lia) getting checked. The alignment shop said there was no reason for an alignment. You guys are crooks and just trying to take advantage of women. You should be ashamed of yourselves. "we recommend alignments every 15,000 miles". Well you're ripping people off!

I want to thank Kelly King and the service crew at Lia toyota for making our experience there a great one. They fixed our tire sensor and inspected our car. The tire light came on again and they fixed another sensor.Thank you again for another great experience...

I brought my car to Lia Toyota in Wilbraham after being ripped off my a mechanic in my local area. After being told I needed a ton of work done to my car and paying a hefty price, then returning two months later and being asked to pay $1,200 for a new radiator on my 2020 tacoma, I knew something wasn’t right. Dave was professional, kind and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was given quality care. I ended up paying approximately $27 for a new radiator cap and the fee for having toyota look at my car. It was clear that I was being taken advantage of being a female by a sleezy mechanic. Dave was wonderful, he ensured that I knew what was happening with my vehicle and got it back to me in two days. I couldn’t thank the team at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham enough.
