  I had to take my Yuna to Lotte's last year after I attempted to give my little mop her summer hairdo. Lotte's fit her in that same day and groomed her and fixed the disaster I caused. She definitely didn't hit her with a brush or hurt her in anyway. I'll be scheduling Yuna's mop grooming soon.

  We bring our 2 dogs to her. She does an excellent job. I was especially impressed with how she keeps his face and eyes clean. He has allergies so his eyes weep sometimes.   Took my laso apso for his first visit and am SUPER PLEASED!He looked and SMELLED,fabulous!He was happy when I got back to him!And that ALONE is worth a GAZILLION BUCKS!!!Price was GR8 ! BTW.. Very reasonable!
