“I've been with Freedom a couple of years and they're always pleasant to deal with. Not a huge fan of the phone customer service who were not helpful during a series of unfortunate transactions resulting in over $100 in fees. I did go to the Northampton branch in person instead where the manager overheard me speaking with a teller to try and sort it out. She immediately waived all of the fees for me and I left very happy as I was not expecting that positive of an outcome! The people in the branch are friendly, flexible and helpful. Will definitely be back.”
