“I had my tire repaired at the shop, and I’m very satisfied with their service and honesty. My car has over 12,000 miles and is due for a tire rotation. While the repair was being done, I asked if the rotation could also be completed at the same time. The repair was finished very quickly, and the technician came to tell me that a rotation wasn’t needed after measuring the tread on the tires. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty—most shops wouldn’t do that nowadays. I highly recommend this shop!”

I appreciate how they like to check their work after you drive 50 mi. No nonsense, no sales pitches and decent prices (with no hidden fees)”
“Second time here for my wheel balancing needs. They are one of the few independent shops in the area that have a high end Hunter road force balancing equipment and do a terrific job diagnosing and solving tire/wheel issues. Person at the front desk is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he patiently listened to my concerns, and then provided a detailed explanation of the performed work and any concerns. Pricing was very reasonable. The shop is clean and tidy, which also indicates care, quality and attention to detail. Incredible service all around!”

“Henry was a life saver! I was two hours from home and my front right strut broke. I took my tacoma to Henry's after being denied by another garage that wouldn't even look at my truck to tell me if it was drivable. Henry took one look at the undercarriage and new what happened. He and his receptionist, Brooke, called several people trying to find the part I needed and eventually found one to get me on the road within a few hours. They were both kind and understanding. I felt like part of the family. If I didn't live so far away, I would be using them regularly. Thank you guys so much!”
“Bob at Central Auto is a throw back! I true gentleman who looks to help you and get you back on the road.I have had two instances where I brought my vehicle in (2010 Honda Ridgeline) for a quick fix and both times were a surprise!The first, he told me that he just needed to adjust something by my tie-rod, which was no charge. The second time, he did my front brakes which cost far under what I was quoted at two other places.I have brought my kids cars in for oil changes and the service and timing has been perfect each and every time!Definitely a 5-star!One more thing: please be sure to call before you drop your car so that Bob is able to get to it that same day! There is a key drop, if needed, as well!”

“The tech was great! Quick, responsive and everything done well. Would’ve likes a little more details on the 17 point inspection. My auto is calling for brake sensors but that wasn’t mentioned. Price is also getting a little high. $122 for 6 QTs plus a filter. Other than that, will be back next time.”

Well this is not an exaggeration; on the spot Andy with a trusting smile said keys please, and is this your wife's car! Oh I'm old ole school old fashioned, poking my noise to check out the under carriage and Leo is multi tasking on air pressure and check over on tires... I'm noisy like that. I was simply thinking, they are with us for life. True story, you can ask my wife how great it feels to ABSOLUTELY TRUST a mechanic and his office.
It's the best TGIF (and I add) starter of a wonderful New England weekend to come. Bonus: They are PATRIOTS fans.

“I took my car to this shop because my ABS and traction control lights were on - they took a look at it and noticed that my front left strut had broken as well. They physically showed me everything that needed repairs, we set up an appointment, and they fixed everything in one day. They even replaced a bulb that was out and didn't charge for labor. I talked to Will and Miguel and they were both awesome.”

“I had an excellent experience at this Jiffy Lube. Francisco and his team were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right.
My check engine light was tricky to reset because my car is older, and instead of rushing me out the door, they calmly worked through it and figured it out without any drama. They literally would not let me leave until the issue was fully resolved, which I really appreciated.
On top of that, they were friendly, professional, and somehow managed to make the whole experience stress-free… and they even offered me pizza (which I absolutely accepted).
It’s rare to find a place where people actually take the time to help instead of just pushing you through. Highly recommend this location if you want solid service and good people who go the extra mile.”

After waiting a long time to get an appointment to repair my car, Rich from service called to tell me they had some sick calls and was not sure if they would get to my car. He apologized and offered a few solutions that would make it easy for me to bring it back if need be. He called me again mid afternoon to tell me the mechanic brought my vehicle in and it needed a part that they wouldn’t be able to get to the morning, did I want to bring it back or could they keep it? I was able to secure my own transportation, so it was easier for everyone. Great service!”

“I really don't have any big complaints. I showed up 1 hour before closing. They had two autos already inside. Not really fair to people that might be trying to do closing tasks. All in all, they were very kind, very professional and took care of my car. I will go back when I am ready for another oil change. Hopefully for their sake a little earlier in the day.”
