April 2024
I had to go into the Wilmington bank to take care of a checking acct. matter. Nancy was there and helped us. This is the third time over 4 years now that she has assisted. She is always so wonderful: very professional, kind, patient, diligent and caring. It is always a good experience at this branch!!

All of the individuals who work at this bank are very polite. Wayne resolved the problem I had with my account.
