“The woman who helped me was very helpful. It was a big box and she wanted me to be aware of the cost and if I was alright with that. She was empathetic that I was sending things to my sister after my Mom died and they were not valuable, just sentimental.”

“My wife loves to loudly yell over my shoulder “do NOT throw that out! I’ll sell it. Someone could use that, it’s in great condition…practically brand new!” Which of course leads me to (almost) ask why she bought the item in the first place if we never ended up using it and now I’m here unearthing it in the attic like fossil in western Utah. THAT being left unsaid of course she sells probably 1.3 things she claims she’s going to sell. The rest end up BACK in the attic where this whole story began.
ONE of the things she sold she forgot to mail out the night before going away for a few days. The buyer was expecting it at a specified time and it needed to be mailed “tomorrow PLEASE!” I am a 50 year old man and somehow I’ve managed to dodge the Post Office for pretty much all 50 of my years. I just have a great wife that handles things like that and it’s not a place I ever need to go. So going in I had the address of where the item was going and the item itself.
I would not have known where to even begin if not for the welcoming and sincere “how can I help you today?” I was greeted with by Allison behind the counter. She walked me thru every step, explaining everything along the way in a manner that I could probably walk in next time and mail something myself! She was great. When I tell you she not only banged out every step of the process she did it happily. Just exactly what service should always be when someone is “working” somewhere. Thank you Allison. I hope you see this and you have a better day because of it. I was the clueless guy mailing the football jersey late on a Friday. ?”

“Even though it seemed out of the way to get there, it's pretty simple because it's almost completely the same way to get to Shriner's Auditorium in Wilmington.

The staff I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a heavy box and she even helped me place it, if I remember right, on a scale. She told me to keep my QR code on my phone to scan it twice too, so I didn't have to fumble around to make it visible again if I was going to turn the screen off.

All in all, I highly recommend the place.”

“A well organized facility and executed for its employees which benefits the public. Having been in another one, this one is leaps and bounds over the first one. This should be a model for all facilities of this type. The people are friendly, kind and very helpful. It's located right next to Target and it's close to 93. It has lots of parking and it is a benefit to the community”

“Only a shipping center so they can't print return labels. But the woman helping me went out of her way to find a way to get it done. Not where you should go if you need customer service”
