“Just be proactive about your package and you wont have any issues. I contacted UPS and was able to get the direct phone number to this facility which made things A LOT easier. Patt was very nice over the phone, front desk person was quickly able to tell me that my package was there, and the fork lift operator gently lifted my crate onto my pickup. No isses at all, my crate arrived the same way it left, with all the contents inside in the exact same orientation as they were placed. Thanks UPS stoneham. ( P.S- entrance is on the LEFT side of the building, walk up the ramp and the office is on the right hand side)”
