“I took my Mazda 3 to 1 Fine Auto today as my car was making a lot of noise while driving. I had to hard stop near the Winchester high school before picking up my daughter since a policeman had flashing lights and basically cut me off on a one-way street. After that incident, the noise started. I was worried it was a damaged axel. Thankfully 1 Fine Auto was nearby and I met Jim who was very nice. I got lucky that they weren't too busy so they could take a look. It end up being the front rotor disk that basically got dislodged. Very scary. They were able to order new brake pads and rotors and fix on the same day within a few hours. I was very appreciative of Jim and the guys who fixed my car. I am a resident of Winchester and have noticed this automotive repair shop before as they are always busy when you drive by it on Main Street. It is a hidden gem so I had to leave this review so others can check them out. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Will check them out again when I need additional service for my vehicles.”
“Julio was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, coming up with a quick fix for my Camry gas cap door. It’s been a faulty design from the manufacturer with a weak spring which causes the gas cap door to not open at times especially during the winter. Julio replaced it with a much stronger spring, almost immediately right after I dropped off my car. Just an example of how resourceful they are in resolving problems. Highly recommend!”

“I wanted to start with how great full for this place.We Took a car to Rick we had a problem with a 2024 Hyundai rick check the vehicle out and found the problem right away. His guys called Nashua Hyundai and found out that the vehicle is still on the warranty and that was covered the issue basically charged me nothing. I am very grateful to use this place. We will only use this place knowing that how they treat their is just like family, Rick and the gentleman that work here may God bless all of youse great job. “I took my car to this shop because my ABS and traction control lights were on - they took a look at it and noticed that my front left strut had broken as well. They physically showed me everything that needed repairs, we set up an appointment, and they fixed everything in one day. They even replaced a bulb that was out and didn't charge for labor. I talked to Will and Miguel and they were both awesome.”

“I was driving my pickup truck from work to home and all the sudden it started having a mechanical failure. It became very concerning since it turned off 5-6 times and I was afraid that at some point it wouldn’t turn back on, and I would need to call a tow truck. I went to Gannem Motors and spoke to Sean. He was currently working on a vehicle in the shop but took the time to verify my truck. He popped the hood and after a few minutes of witnessing the truck turning off, he was able to pinpoint the source of the issue. He worked on my truck for about 20 minutes, made some adjustments and solved the issue. He even connected to the truck’s ECM and scanned it after the issue was solved to make sure there was nothing else. He was kind enough to explained thoroughly what he had found and how he corrected the issue. I found him to be genuine and honest. I can’t express how grateful I am Sean took the time to help me out. My experience with Gannem Motors was excellent and I will be going back for other services they provide.”
“Bought a car from them online and had it shipped to my home. Kinsman Service Station &Auto Sales took multiple videos and pics of the car. They put the car on their lift to take pictures of the underside of the car! The car was as good , if not better than represented! Communication was excellent with them through the whole process of getting the car!
Would definitely recommend Kinsman to anyone! They were very honest and courteous every time I communicated with them!
