“If I could give EZ auto 10 stars I would. I habe 3 cars and all 3 have needed to be looked at over the last 6 weeks or so. We first went to EZ auto for breaks on my son's car. Pricing was more than fair, job was done well and fast. Then I thought I needed breaks in my car, turns out I didn't. Rather than just doing the work and charging me, cause I wouldn't have known any better (not a car person) Ed asked me to bring it in, he looked it over checks all my breaks and told me I didn't need to have them done they had plenty of life left on them. Then my husband's car had an odd noise everytime he turned on the fan. Turns out there was a mouse in there. EZ auto removed the mouse and no more noise. The charge for this and looking at my breaks was less than a 100 total for both. More than fair in my opinion. Now that I rfound EZ auto I won't be going anywhere else for my auto repairs. Unless Ed gets tired of seeing me! Thanks to the team at EZ auto for all your help!”

“Had a really good experience at Mathieu buying a used Lexus RX350L. Even as a local Ford dealer, they had a decent amount of low mileage non Ford used vehicles, so definitely don't pigeon-hole them as just a Ford place. This particular Lexus model is pretty difficult to find used right now (I had been looking for ~three months), so we had no issue driving almost two hours to check it out. This is a small dealer, family run operation with a small staff, but I cannot speak highly enough of Sean H who helped us that day as well as the other sales guys who were juggling multiple customers on a busy Saturday. The car itself was priced very well and is in excellent shape, so it was an easy decision to buy it. Sean was aware of the long trip for us, so did everything possible to squeeze all the work in so we didn't have to come back to pick it up another day. Only 'downside' (totally dependent on one's opinion) is the dealership long haggle is alive and well here. I had not encountered it in buying multiple cars in the last ten plus years and figured it had mostly gone away. The price of the car was more than fair so I didn't haggle at all, but I did want fair value for my trade. Eventually, we did get close enough to it, but it took about an hour to get there. It was not acrimonious or negative and I did not feel insulted. It was just unnecessary, folks value their time more than anything nowadays and this is a tactic best left in the past. But, it did not detract from our experience at all, would happily return again to do business and would recommend Sean and Mathieu to anyone.”
