“We had an emergency on a Sunday with my English Bulldog Macy and called VEG in Cambridge. Anna answered the phone and connected me right to a Doctor. I explained my concerns and the fact that my dog has severe anxiety and was put at ease right away and was told that they will do what ever was less stress for Macy when we arrived. Anna greeted us when we walked in and brought us back right away and we're checked in and examined by Dr. Abigail and Eric. Dr. Abigail listened to everything we explained. Dr. Abigail gave us her recommendations and what she would like to do and check in such great detail that we had no questions to ask. AMAZING!!!! Amy Grace our nurse was just as wonderful with her patience, understanding and care again her instructions were so well communicated that we had no follow up questions to ask. While we waited for blood work, Anna from the front came through to check in us and offer us refreshments. Just as important we were able to watch the entire staff care for the other pets with and without their owners there with such kindness, care, and love. I hope to never need another ER visit but if I ever do or someone I know, this is without a doubt the place to go. Thank you all especially Anna, Dr. Abigail, Amy Grace, and Eric.”

I had ordered a floral arrangement and when there was a problem, they offered a refund or a new arrangement. The new arrangement, delivered within 24 hours, was more beautiful than the first!! “Their staff is friendly and helpful, not pushy. Great operations. Once you order the tiles you go to the back for delivery. It’s very efficient. Returns were easy. I got stocked tiles and no questions asked as long as they are in a full box and unopened. Samples are free to take home and there was a huge selection and display. Compared to another tile store I stopped which was manual and antiquated.”

“We had to say goodbye to my Nana today and I placed a floral arrangement to be delivered for the services from Sweetbay. I placed the order online and added a note asking if we could add two ribbons (one for Mom and one for Nana) and requested pastel colors and Irish greenery.
Minutes after placing my order, I received such a nice text from Liz letting me know they’d take great care of this arrangement for me and could accommodate my requests.
I originally requested delivery on Saturday (mass services were on a Monday in the morning) and I didn’t want to risk them not arriving on time since it was just a mass, not a wake/viewing. Liz texted me as we got closer to let me know she contacted the funeral home directly and coordinated a time to deliver the flowers on Monday morning instead.
The arrangement was everything I could have dreamed of and it was absolutely beautiful and arrived on time.
I was so impressed with the care that Liz and her team took to make such a difficult day a little bit easier, I won’t use any other shop for flowers moving forward. They have gained a forever customer. Thank you so much!”

For the prices you pay at Ethan Allen charging so much for delivery seems like price gouging.”

They have lamps, rugs, pet toys, kitchen gadgets, cookware, plastic and wood cutting boards, drapes, etc. However, the line to check out at the Home Goods in Woburn Village is often so long, I leave before I make a purchase.”

You will do and see things that other people and groups will not experience, with lots of hands on involvement. From sites and time with the locals, to shops that are co-op specific and helping to support their communities. Can't recommend highly enough.”

Running late for holiday cards, I contacted EA to see if they could possibly help. Not only did they get me cards quickly, they were customized with photo and absolutely gorgeous!!!
