“A followup visit. Two Vterinarians and three staff members converged on the case. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Visit included a detailed physical exam, abdominal ultrasound exam, discussion of findings of the exam:, an IV drug administration, and a topical medication. Ultrasound was forwarded to our primary care vet. All this was conducted with professionalism, courtesy and compassion.”
“Great selection. Responsive and helpful staff. Quality appears good. Only concern was the push to purchase expensive ‘protection plans’ due to limited manufacturers warranty. Are these really quality products if the manufacturer is reluctant to warranty?”

“Dave and his team at Melrose Oriental Rug did a fantastic job with my oriental carpet cleaning and repair. Their turnaround time was fantastic too! When their competitors quoted me 6-8 week turnaround, Dave returned my rugs in 3 weeks! I can’t recommend them enough!”
“I couldn’t say enough about how beautiful my flowers were for our wedding! Working with Marlene was a pleasure. She worked with me to stay within my budget, and I asked for a burgundy dahlia to be our main flower. I wanted loose and flowing bouquets, and was flexible about the rest. The flowers turned out so gorgeous! I couldn't have been happier! I highly recommend Derby Farm Flowers for your wedding and all floral needs.”
“We had a fantastic experience with Gaya from Divine Design. Our general contractor, Core Group, introduced us to Gaya once they learned of the ideas we had for built-ins in our relatively small one bedroom condo. Gaya activity listened to our vision and far exceeded our expectations on the design. Not only did she design cabinets with vast amounts of storage but she also introduced us to incredible wall paper that is actually art. We are incredibly happy with the outcome and grateful to Gaya and the team from the Core Group who did an outstanding job.”

“Anime Zakka is a nice store located near the end of Newbury Street, close to Uniqlo and Muji. It is below ground, leading you into a place to be immersed by anime and Japanese pop culture.
I enjoyed browsing and wandering around the store, as there were many products I’ve never heard of or seen. I found Tomica cars, a product I’ve never seen in Boston before but know many car collectors may enjoy looking at. I also found many stuffed animals I never knew existed for products I like, such as Miffy.
The only downside is the products I did know were overpriced. I am a big fan of collecting lottery items, and they were nearly double the price at the store compared to what I could buy it for at online retailers.”
“Always beautiful and tasteful arrangements but last week the folks at Pepperberry went above and beyond. I had ordered a floral arrangement and when there was a problem, they offered a refund or a new arrangement. The new arrangement, delivered within 24 hours, was more beautiful than the first!! Incredible arrangements and products from people who stand behind their work. Strongly recommend!!”
“We had a great experience at Fitzgerald tile. Knowledgeable sales representatives , great selection of tiles and fabulous mini-displays showing combinations of different tiles and grout. For our construction project, we are building a bathroom that will be for an individual with mobility and vision issues. We were so fortunate to be greeted by Shawn when we walked into the showroom. Not only did Shawn do a great job helping us choose tiles that we love, he was very knowledgeable about safety considerations in bathroom design. We really appreciated all the information he was able to relay and his assistance in choosing tiles that we love and meet our unique needs.”
“Literally my favorite place to shop for both myself and others! They have so many handmade items that are perfect gifts for any occasion! They also have the cutest selection of clothing. Something for everyone here! Will be back many times”
“This was a beautiful store!! I went at Christmas. I wanted one of Everything! The pieces are unique and as I went to the store I realized the whole store was like that you just never know what you're going to get. The workers seem to be very kind and helpful. I love the eclectic selection with a little bit of everything. . Definitely a must visit”
““All That Matters” is a quaint vintage eclectic shop. Ursula is very welcoming and her items ate displayed in a lovely fashion. I always find “something” I never knew I needed or wanted. Always a joy to walk through and experience the selection, imagine it in your home or think how to re- putpose it!”

“Just by simply walking by, the window decor will catch your eye. But, as soon as you step inside, you are greeted warmly, and there is beauty all around you. My personal favorites are the candles, the notecards, and of course the selection of children’s bows. It is the perfect spot for hostess gifts, Christmas gifts, and everything in between. I have yet to see a small business owner support and help her community thrive, as much as Amanda does. She is one in a million!”
“Very good quality products. Prompt delivery. Highly recommended. Thanks for the great service! From placing the order online to delivery was a very smooth process.”
“What a fabulous giftshop. I signed up for a class that was held in the back of the store. The class was to make a hand scorched cheese tray. Before class I had the chance to walk around the store and look at all the fabulous gifts. Staff was super nice and helpful when I had questions. They offer great hands on class all year...and a wide selection of cute gifts. I look forward to taking another class and buying gifts there...”

“I had an incredibly friendly and savvy design consultant. Hannah was very patient with my questions and uninformed knowledge of the quality and selection of furniture. I am 80 and a widower who decided to buy a new couch and chairs for the house. With Hannah great design knowledge and eye I made a selection and brought my daughter to the showroom for final opinion. My daughter was totally impressed with the choice of style and fabric. Hannah made me look good which is to say she honored my selection and gave me some helpful advice. I highly recommend her and the furniture is very well made without being overly expensive.”
“I reached out to sweetbay at the last minute to create some bouquets and corsages for my city hall wedding. I was so amazed by the results! Loved all the flowers they were exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Sweetbay”
“Boston Wood is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are genuinely good people — honest, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. I’ve had four different custom pieces built by them, each one unique, beautifully designed, and impeccably made. What really sets them apart is the care they put into every detail: precise measurements, proportions, handle choices, stain color, and overall feel. They think deeply about how a piece will actually live in a space.
They have strong design opinions and great taste, but they offer them in a way that’s collaborative, kind, and respectful. They help you think things through without ever being pushy. The end result is work that feels both intentional and personal. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. -Zara C, working with Jenny C.”

“Awesome experience, purchased a mattress, I was shown several options and encouraged to get the feel for each before deciding on the one I felt was best for my comfort and they were helpful without excessive sales pressure. Plan on going there again if I need anything else.”
“This store feels truly special. Every time I walk in, I experience a profound sense of peace and clarity. Everything in this beautiful space feels meaningful and spiritual, and I deeply appreciate that. The most remarkable part is Phuni she’s genuinely a gift to the world, a wonderful person everyone should meet. She’s kind, friendly, and embodies positivity, making this place and its energy even more inspiring. 🍃🪷🌞”

“Fantastic collection of beautiful things! I could have stayed here all day!! MK seals the wonderful energy in the shop! Very helpful and warm, knows her merchandise and artists well and took all the time I needed to learn what I was buying, who made it, where it came from etc., which will forever be a part and f the priced I chose and make them them all the more special to me! And she did all that with multiple customers in the shop. We all got treated like we were the only ones there.
Customer service is becoming a lost art, but you can find it here with MK! I am a sales coach on ho-Trch and I love and appreciate great service. I really have little tolerance these days for anything less. I would have walked out if I hadn’t been greeted and welcomed and invited to browse and ask questions. So many boutiques and shops treat you like you are a bother — there are just too many choices these days. This kind of browsing and shopping is as much about the experience as it is the treasures you choose to take home that will forever remind you of the moment, the visit, the people you met… whatever it is. Stories sell. It’s important and you will find it at Motto! Thank you MK and Motto. I will be back!”

“This is my first time ever writing a review for something online, and this place certainly deserves it.
I bought an embroidery machine from Facebook Marketplace, and brought it here to get serviced because there was an issue with one of the sensors.
Mark was very kind and welcoming, and assured me that Richard would get the machine in top shape in around 7-10 days.
Not only did Richard get the machine cleaned and running smoothly in just 6 days, but he also offered tips on how to embroider shirts as a beginner, and said that I can come back whenever for more advice.
I will certainly be returning and highly encourage others to check this place out!”

“Hudson is easily one of the most inspiring and special spaces in the South End. Jill’s design team is absolutely top-notch—the curation in there is flawless—but the store is also a real anchor for the community. I’ve been to an incredible book signing event there, and the vibe is always immaculate. Massive shoutout to Paige and Kelly up front, who are consistently phenomenal, incredibly helpful, and just full of great energy. It’s exactly the kind of independent, design-forward business that makes a neighborhood great.”
“Custom Floor Design was terrific from start to finish. I found them online and did not have high expectations going there. I was wrong. The showroom was bright and very professional. And they had beautiful high end products. Our consultant, Kathy, was knowledgeable and very patient. She spent a long time with us as we were looking for an area rug. We could not decide that day, but went back and Kathy again showed us more. We purchased one outside our comfort zone because of Kathy. She was wonderful. Shipping and install was a dream. I cannot say enough about this company. A+!!”

“I recently had a wonderful experience at Ethan Allen while shopping for a new sofa and chair. My husband and I were ready to refresh our living room after having the same furniture for many years. We wanted an updated look without replacing everything or exceeding our budget.
I originally went in with a specific sofa in mind, but after discussing our space and vision with Sam, he recommended options I had not considered. He immediately recognized that our existing furniture looked too small for our large living room and suggested a larger sofa to become the focal point of the room. He also recommended replacing our loveseat with a chair to better balance the space and suggested moving our larger dining room rug into the living room. This simple change created the right balance in the room and was another example of how Sam helped us refresh our space while staying within our budget. He was absolutely right on every recommendation.
One of the most challenging parts of the process was choosing from Ethan Allen’s incredible selection of fabrics. The choices are endless, and Sam was beyond patient as I changed my mind, asked countless questions, and compared different options. When I had difficulty visualizing how certain fabrics and choices would look in our space, Sam went above and beyond by coming to our home to help guide us. His knowledge, honesty, and eye for design made what could have been a daunting decision much easier.
After receiving our furniture, we couldn’t be happier with the result. Our living room has been completely transformed into a beautiful, updated space while still incorporating pieces we wanted to keep. Sam truly understood our vision, respected our budget, and made the entire experience enjoyable. We are so grateful for his patience, expertise, and thoughtful recommendations. If you are shopping at Ethan Allen, I highly recommend asking for Sam.”

“Such a great store for home goods and gifts located in South Boston. I really enjoyed shopping there and very happy with my purchase. The team was knowledgeable, helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you Deirfiur Home and see you again soon!”
“Bodhi Leaf ... Wow! An amazing Tibetan gift shop full of wonderful clothes, fabric wall hangings, inscence, jewlery, Buddhist items and more. The owner was wonderful to speak with and we made several purchases. We will be back to buy more when we visit Boston next time.”
“Pompy Boston does not only provide excellent customer service but they sell the highest quality wooden furniture you can find. Patient and understanding staff that goes out of their way to provide a wonderful customer experience. Highly recommended.”

“I had this window in my bathroom shower area. Why there is a window there I have no idea. Anyway I needed shutters there for privacy when needed.
Tyler & Sash knowledge was expensive they helped me design shutters for the window.
If you are looking for luxury and quality I recommend.
I will be working with them soon!!”
