Nelson greeted me and personally, did a fast accurate assessment of the vehicle, wrote up a work order and was able to take my car in the next day.
He not only delivered the flawless repair at the cost of the appraisal from my insurance company, but he also delivered on time and with an extra special touch of auto detailing (including buffing out built up oxidation on my other head light to match the fixed one he installed in the repair).
His entire staff was great and you really felt like you were working with professional people with a nice touch of honest friendliness. Highly recommended.”

If you have a European car, I tell you from the bottom of my heart, don't be afraid, because the contacts are of extraordinary quality. Why am I saying this, because my car, a Mercedes S550, nobody managed to start it for 6 months, I went to several service centers and of course at the dealer I spent a lot of money without luck, I was hoping for 6 months . “Abel is an awesome dude, dropped what he was doing for a random new customer (me) and helped me outta a bind quickly. i had a flat, 2/5 of the lugs were over-torqued and seized and i couldn’t get em off with a tire iron or elec impact driver to put my spare on. even AAA couldn’t with theirs or a breaker bar. i live nearby, everyone else nearby told me to bring it tomorrow… but i work overnights. abel said bring it down, i limped it to him, less than two hours later i’m good to go for $30 and he ordered another matching similarly-used-tread tire for me. idk of henry furlong, who seems to have owned this place from reviews a few years ago, but current mgmt has made a loyal customer of me already
edit: wanna say most recent negative reviews seem to be unrealistic. i bought a mirror cap for $30 for my renegade. snapped it on myself. OEM was $80. if i ordered thru a mechanic probably min $100, and $30(.5hr min, $60hr) is a stupid low labor rate. you pay for TIME largely more than parts, for one reviewer c/o an $800 fuel pump on a crown vic, how much do you think a dealer would charge you when the average via google is $900?
