“My wife and I will never take our cars somewhere else. I’ve been living in Winthrop for about 3 years and have got a lot of work done on my car at Scott’s. They price fairly, are responsive and reliable, and are just all around great people. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Scott’s Auto for everything!”

“Boston Auto Werks is a very honest and reliable mechanic based out of Winthrop Mass.. I came to them recently with an issue for both my car and my mother's vehicle, unfortunately they can't do a whole lot for transmission issues at their location, but the recommended another shop who they've worked with before. Additionally, when I brought my mother's car, even though they had a scheduled day they took some time right after lunch to assess the damage on her vehicle. At the end of the day, if you're someone that doesn't know cars very well and is looking for someone reliable that you can trust in their knowledge to get the job done, these are the guys to do it.”

“I have only been going to Peppi’s for 2 years but would highly recommend him in a heartbeat! He is amazing and honest. His work is perfect at great prices. Several of my family members have switched to him as well.”

“A+ Service! I highly recommend The Civic Center. Lenny is a top notch repairman and an honest mechanic. When you meet him you can tell, he is a down to earth guy. I run a carpet cleaning business, so if my vehicle goes down, I loose money. He specializes in Honda and Toyota, but he can fix just about anything.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with John from A-1 Autobody in the Winthrop Automall when he repaired my truck. He did a great job, kept me informed, and was a huge help dealing with the insurance company. I would highly recommend!”

“Best mechanic shop ever. I brought my mother's car in for some work and she had bought brake pads and he installed them for nothing while the car was there.”

“Bobby Rich is an amazing mechanic and the only person I trust to work on my vehicles. I met him through my Dad who also has all his vehicles done at Bobby's never an issue and always very transparent with cost/reliability and worth. No surprise charges ever and I appreciate his honesty in today's world where it's hard to find good honest mechanics. Would and do recommend bobby anyday!”

“Phenomenal work, great prices, easy to work with, no games. They quoted me a low price and came in even under that price. They were lighting fast and every person there was honest and easy to communicate with. I'll be going here forever.”

“Abel is an awesome dude, dropped what he was doing for a random new customer (me) and helped me outta a bind quickly. i had a flat, 2/5 of the lugs were over-torqued and seized and i couldn’t get em off with a tire iron or elec impact driver to put my spare on. even AAA couldn’t with theirs or a breaker bar. i live nearby, everyone else nearby told me to bring it tomorrow… but i work overnights. abel said bring it down, i limped it to him, less than two hours later i’m good to go for $30 and he ordered another matching similarly-used-tread tire for me. idk of henry furlong, who seems to have owned this place from reviews a few years ago, but current mgmt has made a loyal customer of me already edit: wanna say most recent negative reviews seem to be unrealistic. i bought a mirror cap for $30 for my renegade. snapped it on myself. OEM was $80. if i ordered thru a mechanic probably min $100, and $30(.5hr min, $60hr) is a stupid low labor rate. you pay for TIME largely more than parts, for one reviewer c/o an $800 fuel pump on a crown vic, how much do you think a dealer would charge you when the average via google is $900? edit edit* abel now works in east boston, 30 shelby st, new shelby body / julie’s auto”
Fix Auto USA opened its 200th location in Palm Desert South, California, Body Shop Business reported. An impressive achievement for the company started just over a decade ago. "I'm honored to be the 200th Fix Auto USA location," said Arroyo. "I joined the network in 2014 and haven't looked back. This network has given me so much, and I can't wait to continue building my business and representing the brand."
