“Where do I start. I had 2 windshield go in one year. I didn’t realize Safelite was owned by most insurance companies and the few times I’ve used them the quality was not good at all. Had a side window go on 2 separate vehicles and when they were done it sounded like rice crispies when it went up and down. That being said I prefer to support local. Google search, great reviews, and I ended up here. Small company, great workmanship and the office even gave me their cell phone so we could text. I have ZERO complaints. When my glass goes again I already have their number in my phone.”

“They did a great job repairing my car after I was rear-ended at stop sign last month. They had a rental car option so I was never left without a vehicle while my car was serviced. I got regular text updates and my car was finished right on schedule. It looks as good as when I drove it off the lot 9 years ago! They also detailed my car which was really appreciated. Oh and the woman at the front desk is super nice, very friendly. Great experience overall.”
“Quick, responsive and qualified.. what else do.you say about a service like this? My car is new, surprisingly the glass was in stock same day, technology glass, since my vehicle.os equipped with sensors and cameras for lane assist etc. Glass was installed in 50 minutes, car was returned in better condition considering clean glass and window stickers were all reapplied without a tear. Courteous professional and clean... even caught up on my Dr Phil in the waiting area.. Fyi this location is prime considering there is Floramos restaurant across the street, grab some tips, a beer and play some keno and time will FLY!”

“I had my glass replaced here 3 or so years ago and it was such a seamless experience. The glass looked pristine and the process was simple. They replaced all the stickers that were on the glass and everything looked flawless.
A minuscule pebble recently hit my windshield when driving on a local interstate and my mechanic let me know I wouldn’t pass my state inspection that is quickly approaching. I found this business starred in my Google Maps and called them up to get it replaced again years later.
Working with Steven is such a delight. I gave the business a call and he let me know everything I need to do to prepare for the replacement. I sent him my registration and gave him the make and model for my vehicle and he’s setting up the insurance claim and ordering the glass. We have an appointment scheduled for my next replacement!

“I was there to replace my windshield. Before going, I was quite nervous because my car had the HUD, and I saw from the internet that your HUD may become blurry due to different type of glass. However, my experience here was excellent. HUD looks the same as before, and they perfectly transfered every stickers to the new windshield. Very nice service!”

“J was an incredible person to work with. He was incredibly helpful with the initial quoting process and teaching me what my options were for repairs. Immediately got the correct windshield unique to my model and came to my house for installation.
Surprisingly had an issue with my car from previous work with other vendors but he found the issue and made the proper repair for me so my windshields would set perfectly and permanently. The same request would have been upcharged triple by other competitors but only done as good or less. Thank you again for the great service and patience!”

“Amazing! We had a car broken into and the driver’s side window was shattered. We called at 8:45am he ordered the glass and had the car back at 2. They even were so nice as to clean up the rest of the shattered glass inside the vehicle. He also charged a very fair price. I hope we don’t need glass again but if we do we will be back.”

“I went to their website at night and got an appointment for the next morning for my chipped windshield. Plenty of parking. Professional staff. They started working on my vehicle about 5 minutes after I arrived. The entire repair took about 30 minutes. The website is setup to bill you by default, not your insurance, so make sure to change that if appropriate.”

“I dont typically write reviews.. but after sitting in the waiting area and watching and listening to the team here working with each other, and customers I have to say I was super impressed. most specifically, the manager Angel... he was super friendly, accommodating and professional.... I had the chance to watch him coach and manage his team, deal with walk ins, phone calls with seemingly difficult situations... he demeanor and approach was very impressive. I own my own business.. it too is a service business... so when im out and about im always assessing service experiences. The service I got was perfectly fine. The 2 front desk people were very pleasant and respectful.
I was told a hour to hour and a half wait, it only took 40mins and was good as new.”
